“This property is very spacious and nicely equipped in the kitchen . very nice dishes and cookware. Not the usual cheap cookware often seen on beach rentals. Every room had a closet plus dressers. Laundry in the unit was great. It is one of tje best moderately priced beach rentals I have ever visited and I have been vacationing in Avon NC for over 20 years. “It was a small room but very clean. The 3 minute walk to the beach was great as well as the proximity to Avon Pier I would definitely stay there again. I am thinking of staying with my daughter and granddaughter in late July.”
