Perfect stay! We chose on purpose not to be there for the fullmoon party and the beach is awesome! Also, the las the night the room was noise due to an issue at the toilet fan and they offered us to sleep in another room to sleep peacefully. Only dark spot is that our room was close to the generator,thus a little noisy at night.

Hotel adatto a giovani, direttamente sulla spiaggia del full moon party; hotel nel complesso carino anche se con qualche pecca, come l'odore di umido nella camera, il letto non comodissimo e la pulizia discreta ma comunque accettabile. Colazione migliorabile rispetto ad altri hotel della Thailandia. Lato positivo il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

L'albergo è bello, in una buona posizione di fronte ad una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola. Ma, specie in concomitanza del full moon party si riempie di 'animali' notturni pronti a far baldoria tutta la notte. L'albergo, per prevenire danni comunque inevitabili mette penali salate (e chiede una caparra a garanzia di 3000 bht anche se avete già pagato in caso non vogliate lasciare il passaporto come garanzia, pratica sconsigliata in tutte le isole) per i danni, per poi non controllare a dovere gli addebiti in stanza. Noi ci siamo trovati un conto del bar da pagare non essendoci mai andati. Chiaramente non abbiamo pagato, perché le firme nelle ricevute non corrispondevano con quelle dei passaporti, ma questo lascia pensare allo scarso controllo che c'è in albergo. Le stanze sono belle, curate e pulite, la piscina è grande e spaziosa (peccato per la musica alta a qualsiasi ora), il ristorante almeno per quanto riguarda la colazione lascia a desiderare dalla scelta del cibo alla scortesia del personale, che evidentemente la mattina non ha molta voglia di lavorare. Lo consiglio, perché effettivamente è un bell'albergo, ma solo a patto che siate amanti della vita notturna, in quel caso è l'ideale

Ci siamo trovati bene
Bella posizione, bungalow spaziosi, solo tende alle finestre quindi la mattina entra un po' di luce. Colazione per lo più salata, pochissimi cibi dolci. In spiaggia non ci sono ombrelloni e solo al pomeriggio l'ombra delle palme, la spiaggia tra le più belle dell'isola. Il capo del personale molto disponibile ci ha aiutato nell'organizzazione di gite e altre richieste.

Ottima base
Ottima base per stare a koh phangan. E' situato sulla spiaggia principale di haad rin, c'e' tutto vicino: ristoranti, bar e tutto quello che ti può servire. Il bayshore e' un resort con stanze pulite ogni giorno, ha uno. staff presente, gentile e professionale, ha anche un buon ristorante. Non è certo esotico come stile, ma è davvero un ottimo hotel, in particolare se si pensa anche al rapporto qualità /prezzo

Bel resort. Ottima posizione.
Resort con piscina in posizione strategica, praticamente sulla spiaggia. Bella e confortevole la camera vista mare/piscina.Ricca colazione a buffet.

Hostel agtig hotel, hvilket jeg slet ikke var på udkig efter. Beliggenhed er ganske fin, til en lækker strand. Men nøj hvor var værelset bare under al kritik. Gammelt og lugtede! Klam badeværelse. Der var ikke nok vandtryk i bruseren. Sengen var hård. Plettet sengetøj! Håndklæder hvor jeg måtte tænke mig om en ekstra gang, om jeg ville tørre mig i dem. Heldigvis havde vi kun to overnatninger og hurtigt videre. Sand and Tan caféen var lækker. Jeg ved ikke, om det er en del af hotellet, men billeder på hotels kan være misvisende, at man tror hotellets indretning er lækkert på den måde.

I was really surprised when we got there that it was rated a 4-star resort. The standard rooms are very spacious but they need remodeled badly as there is a musty smell. The staff was wonderful and showed us 4 different room possibilities because of the smell. We switched to a less musty smelling room but it was still not great so they showed us more and ultimately upgraded us to a Villa. The villas were 4-star rooms and newer. The facility was clean it was just old and needs redone. I can’t emphasize enough how great the staff was. They were doing their best with the facilities they had and provided great customer service

I cancelled my booking shortly after I booked as my friend had booked alternative accommodation for us and I did not realise. This was within the ‘no charge agreement’. We were both on the same booking (2 rooms), but turns out I needed to cancel the rooms separately - even though I booked on the same booking. This is not clear. Therefore I lost $500AUD. I pleaded my case to the booking agency and they took it to the hotel - they refused to look into or consider my case. Very disappointing.

The hotel is located on the full moon party beach. The bed sheets wasn't changed although we ask them to change them. Irene in the reception was the best- she knows everything and is kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very noisy and reminds more of a hostel. The breakfast was good but they do not refill it towards the end so you need to go there early. The hotel gave us a free dinner for free at the night of the full moon party- it was great.

Man kan inte se att hotellet är 30 år. Välskött och rent. Bra mat och om man vill prova annat än hotellets finns det många enkla matställen precis utanför hotellets område. Bra läge direkt på stranden. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Ett extra plus för gymmet med fräscha löpband för oss som inte vill konkurrera med bilar och scootrar.
