Se non si cerca un hotel lussuoso ma ci si accontenta di un hotel ben posizionato e pulito, questo è l'hotel giusto, con buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ideale per una vacanza relax. L'hotel è in una baia isolata e raggiungibile solo con il taxi. Mare molto bello e pulito.

Erst mal das Positive: die Lage der Anlage ist toll, direkt am Strand, überall Bäume, mitten im Grünen. Der Pool ist ok, wird täglich gereinigt. Die Gärtner und Putzfrauen grüßen freundlich, dass war es aber schon. Das Negative: die Anlage und die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen und machen einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Reinigung der Zimmer muss angekünfigt werden( Schild am Türgriff hängen), wobei nur mal kurz gekehrt wird und das Bett gemacht wird. Reinigung im Badezimmer / Toilette Fehlanzeige. Das Wasser sollte nan erst ein wenig laufen lassen, bis mal klares Wasser kommt und das Wasser riecht zeitweise seltsam.... Die Freundlichkeit des Managements ist für Thaiverhältnisse garnicht vorhanden. Ok, für den Preis war nicht mehr zu erwarten und es war halt auch nur zum schlafen. Das nächstemal gebe ich wieder mehr für das Zimmer aus, aber nicht in dieser Anlage.

Het strand is fantastisch, het resort wordt slecht onderhouden. Dit was de derde keer dat we bij Phuwadee verbleven en eigenlijk was er helemaal niets veranderd behalve dat alles verouderd was. Zwembadje was 7 van de 9 dagen gesloten omdat het filtersysteen niet werkte, er waren nog maar zes gehavende strandstoelen over. Kamers waren ruim en schoon als altijd maar wel basic ingericht. Wel een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding want je betaald ook niet veel.

The place doesn’t come with air conditioning, which I guess is expected since it doesn’t say so online, but for the price it is ridiculous that the AC didn’t work in our room. It was far from the pier, honestly probably the longest drive you could have on the island. A bit dirty. Overall though it was ok. The staff was nice and it was right on the beach which was pretty.

Good location by the beach
The hotel was ok for the money we paid. Service could have been better, staff didn't speak/understand much English. Location is great, the beach was beautiful. Although there was only 6 sun beds and one bed at the pool area.

Die Anlage liegt traumhaft direkt am Strand. Der Pool ist zwar gepflegt, aber leider wurden keine Liegen aufgestellt, die wir sahen waren alle aus Plastik und kaputt. Am Strand standen 3 Holzliegen mit Plastikauflagen die auch nicht mehr die jüngsten waren. Ich finde das preis leistungsverhältmis stimmt hier nicht mehr. Beim Frühstück konnte man zwischen 3 Nummern wählen., die nach 4 Nächten sehr eintönig waren.

Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen Strand in guter Lage. Die Bungalows sind sehr dicht gebaut, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat, da wir eines der Strandbungalows in erster Reihe hatten. Das Bungalow an sich war absolut in Ordnung, die Lage war top. Das war aber auch das einzige. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll und waren auch als Backpacker unterwegs, dieses Hotel haben wir uns zum Schluss unserer Reise "gegönnt", aber im Endeffekt war es 3x so teuer wie alle anderen Hotels und 10x so schlecht. Das Hotelpersonal ist halt da, aber mehr auch nicht, man merkt es dann, wenn einem bei Regen die (wasserdichte) Matte auf der Liege kommentarlos unterm Allerwertesten weggerissen wird. Wir hatten das Gefühl, in einer gefühlskalten, anonymen Massenabfertigungsanlage zu sein. Hauptsache Geld kommt rein, der Rest ist egal. Da kann es schonmal extrem widerlich aus der Küche riechen (Hundescheiße?!), wahrscheinlich kostet ein Putzlappen zu viel. Da hatten wir sehr sehr viel herzlichere und angenehmere Hotels vorher! Und die hatten nicht angebliche 3 Sterne, sondern max 1 oder 2 und waren dafür aber sehr sauber, fair und herzlich. Das im Preis enthaltene "Frühstück" ist eine Frechheit. Ich esse normalerweise nicht viel, aber von einem halben Ei und zwei Scheiben Toast werde auch ich nicht satt. Eine Scheibe mehr kostet natürlich extra, wer hätte es gedacht. Wem die Profitgier der Besitzer und Anonymität nichts ausmacht, kann sich hier am sehr schönen Strand und der guten Lage erfreuen.

Obwohl wir für 10 Nächte bezahlt haben, sind wir nach 7 abgereist und haben das Geld verfallen lassen. Nie wieder würde ich dieses Hotel buchen.

Bungalowanlage am Strand
Die Bungalows sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Aircondition. Bad sehr unrein ( Schimmel),sowie nach jeder Dusche Überschwemmung im Bad. Frühstück war dem Preisniveau angepasst. Sehr schöner Strand. Wir hatten aber eine Woche sehr hohe Wellen ( rote Flagge). Nicht weit ins Dorf wo es Essmöglichkeit und Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt.

um es einmal auf den punkt zu bringen wie unterschiedlich die bewertungen hier ausfallen gibt es für mich folgendes über das resort zu berichten: die lage ist wunderbar!raus auf die terrasse und man kann von den strandbungalows fast in das meer hüpfen!wirklich wunderbar! die bungalows an sich sind äusserlich nett anzuschauen aber..................... vom kühlschrank bis zum tv funktioniert wirklich fast nichts darin!wir hatten im 1sten strandbungalow keinen kühlschrank und kein tv!auf letzteres kann ich auch gerne verzichten. es gibt nicht mal eine klobürste!!klopapier ist so dünn das es 5x gefaltet werden muss damit naja............die angebotenen sonnenliegen sind aus holz und es gibt keine auflagen dafür!klasse für einen fakir aber nicht für uns/mich.das frühstück:man bekommt eine eingeschweisste karte mit menue 1 2 und drei auf den tisch geknallt!nr 1 besteht aus der wahl von rühr/spiegelei/marmelade/butter/2 scheiben toast/c-frischsaft/bacon/und einer tasse kaffe! nr 2 ist einne schale mit obst und müsli mit joghurt/c frisch saft!nr 3 besteht aus einer thai reissuppe! mehr gibbet nicht.also nix für ausgiebige frühstücker!das personal an der bar(immer zu dritt),ist nicht sonderlich aufmerksam oder freundlich.man fühlt sich als gast wirklich nicht willkommen leider. es mag sein das ich vielleicht ein wenig arg jammer aber gewiss berechtigt!es muss jedenfalls so einiges an der anlage mal richtig in schuss gebracht werden.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in der Anlage ist super. Die Bungalows werden täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Restaurant ist mittelmäßig und sehr teuer. Es gibt aber genügend Alternativen im Ort. Bestimmt wird der NOI Beach von 4 Luxusanlagen. Deren Gäste bestimmen auch das Preisniveau im Ort. Zum Schwimmen für ältere Gäste und vor allem für Kinder ist der NOI Beach weniger geeignet. Die Wellen waren ca. 1,50 m hoch und der ständige Wind war kalt. Für diese Gäste ist der Yai Strand wesentlich besser geeignet, weil geschützter.

Notre première déception, la piscine, a notre arrivée elle était verte et trouble, elle est resté comme ca jusqu'au cinquième jour malgré de nombreuses plaintes a la réception. La première nuit a annoncé la couleur pour le reste du séjour, le matelas était dur, les oreillers pas confortables, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et l'eau des toilettes étaient marron et sentait horriblement les égouts. Et pour couronner le tout une fuite dans le toit nous a empêché de dormir car l'eau s'écoulait sur le plafond et le bruit des gouttes résonnait dans toute la chambre. En ce qui concerne les petits déjeuné inclus avec la chambre, il n'y a pas de choix, il y a à la base le choix entre trois set mais on ne sait pour quelle raison les autres ne sont pas disponible , autrement dit on vous impose l'Américan breakfast. Et dans l'ensemble les plats du restaurant sont bien élevés en comparaison de ceux des petits restaurants du village qui se trouve à deux pas de l'hôtel et qui eux font des plats tout aussi bons voir meilleurs. Le seul point positif que je pourrais signaler est que l'hôtel est situé sur l'une des plus Belle plage de l'ile et que le cadre est agréable.

Pool war veralgt. Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wlan ist zwar vorhanden, aber durch verbindungsabbrüche und extrem langsame geschwindigkeit unbrauchbar. Wir mussten uns eine bar suchen mit wlan um unsere weitere reise buchen zu können. Für leute die nur am strand liegen wollen und kein wlan benötigen ist es akzeptabel.

+ direkt am schönen Strand + kurzer Fußweg am Strand oder der Straße zum Dorf mit vielen leckeren Restaurants + ruhig, kein Lärm, bestens zum entspannen + freundliches Personal - Bungalow muffig und nicht sauber - Bungalowanlage wäre schön wenn sie gepflegt würde - muffige Bettwäsche und Handtücher - laute Klima und Kühlschrank (kann man aber abstellen) - Frühstück Da die Lage auf der Insel so Super ist, haben wir im resort thongtapan direkt nebenan noch zwei Nächte in einen wunderschönen Bungalow gemietet! Dort is alles perfekt!!

Tired place, cheap price but fab location
What can you say - you gets what you pay for - everything was OK but nothing was brilliant but what do you expect for such a great location when you are paying such a cheap price - about 14 pounds per night?! It was extremely quite - not sure if everybody else has the money to stay in the 5 stars instead or if the military problem has stopped people coming - so the staff had seemed to switch off - I do understand it is hard to whip yourself up into action if you have been sat on your proverbial all day but sometimes I found it quite odd to have to wait until they had finished playing with the baby, having a chat on the phone or playing volley ball or whatever - so service was a little lacking but then other issues were quite lovely - reception tried and the chap who walked my luggage down the beach to the boat I was getting on and then waited to wave me off was so kind. Just generally you make a comparison to most of the Thai people in the service industry and they are just so wonderful and happy and friendly, but this shouldn´t stop you from going to stay there but maybe they could have another look at a customer service course. The saving grace was the location on the beach and I found that the food from the kitchen was not 5 star but was excellent, again for what you paid - and it did the best Mango Lassi around!

Det ligger mitt i djungeln med en otrolig växtlighet 'vilket innebär tropiskt klimat med hög luftfuktighet. Stranden mycket fin med palmer längs hela stranden. Den lilla byn gav en härlig känsla av Thailand, lite turister vilket uppskattas av oss som reste. Gillar man ljudet av syrsor andra insekter,fåglar m.m så har man kommit rätt då det är ett underbart liv på kvällen natten av alla tropiska arter. Hårda sängar,enkelt inrätt,och inte mer än en 2 i standard skulle jag säga. Poolen ganska tråkig. Budget som fungerar två-tre dagar max. Men läget gör att det blir en rekommendation för detta enkla hotellet,på stranden och endast 100 meter till en av kho phangang bästa stränder som inte påverkas av Långvattnet vilket är guld värt.

Für den Preis und die Lage machbar
Das Zimmer hat uns 23 €/Nacht gekostet, und man geht nur 2 min zum Strand, daher schauen wir darüber hinweg, dass der Bugalow nur oberflächlich sauber und alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen war. Die Anlage hat wahnsinning viel Potential, leider macht keiner etwas draus.

Det var et ok ophold, men hvis man vil have luksus er det ikke stedet. Vi behøver ikke luksus, så det var perfekt til os, vi valgte dog at opgradere værelset da vi ankom. Man må forvente strømudfald, og ind imellem er der hverken vand eller strøm, internetforbindelsen er meget svingende, det samme er personalets humør undtaget tjenernes. Mad ok og til rimelige priser. Det er stedet hvor man har fred. Der er intet at lave udover at slappe af, svømme tage en snorkle/dykkertur med båd fra stranden. Det er en rigtig god strand og der er vand i juni måned(2014).Det er en rigtig god ide, at medbringe euro eller dollars hvis man skal veksle, dansker kroner kan kun veksles til rigtig dårlig kurs et par stederne men der er flere kortautomater i området, det koster 180 bath pr gang man hæver.

Hotel am Traumstrand mit Renovierungsbedarf
Wir wollten auf Koh Phangan unbedingt an den Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach, da laut Bekannten der schönste Strand auf Koh Phangan (was auch wirklich stimmt). Wir hatten ein Bungalow mit Meerblick direkt am Strand mit Terrasse auf der man gemütlich gemeinsam sitzen und den Blick aufs Meer genießen konnte. Es gab (ältere) Liegen am Strand und auch Auflagen sowie zwei Schirme, die man nur finden muss (hinter einem anderen Strandbungalow gelagert). Es müsste einfach insgesamt mal wieder renoviert werden und das Personal bräuchte eine kompetente Leitung. Das Personal ist sehr jung und versteht sehr schlecht Englisch, scheint manchmal einfach ein bisschen unbeholfen bzw. überfordert zu sein, aber dennoch freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich das Phuwadee empfehlen, da man an diesem Traumstrand seine Zeit ja nun nicht im Hotel bzw. Bungalow verbringt und das Phuwadee eines der letzten günstigen Hotels neben den Luxusresorts ist.

Decent- you get what you pay for
My friends and I stayed here for one night during the full moon party. Hotel is decent, rooms are a good size, you get your own little bungalow. The shower is just a shower head that you can remove from the wall, right across from the toilet. My friends said their shower water was cold but mine was fine (maybe they warmed it up for me). The hotel has a pool which we didn't use and the beach it was on seemed quite beautiful, but again we didn't get the opportunity to explore it. They provide a ride to the full moon party and back for about 200 baht each way, takes about 30-40 mins to get there. We were taking a nap in the late afternoon and they showed someone else into our room while we were sleeping, the other guest was horrified and quickly closed the door and left. Restaurant makes decent food.. Nothing to boast about but definitely not terrible. I guess it's worth it if you're looking for a cheap place to stay for the night of the full moon party, but maybe not if you want to actually spend a few days in Koh Phagnon.
