Я была здесь 5 дней, структура очень большая и красивая в стиле Тайланда , все очень приветливые , Spa девочки делают отличные массажи , завтрак отличный , единственный минус комары , я была в период дождей меня они просто съели , запаситесь хорошими защитными кремами , пляж хороший можно плавать и нет сильных волн , островок очень спокойный , ктотлюбит окунуться в жизнь и колорит местности самое то, я бы вернулась но с защитными кремами от Комаров 🙏

Durata del check in 1 h! E avevo già pagato! Arrivata in stanza (dopo 15 minuti abbondanti di jeep) l’ultima in fondo Al 7º hotel c’era un ragno grosso più di una mano. Abbiamo chiamato 4 volte per far uscire l’acchiappa ragni (nel frattempo questo era stato ovunque). In 3 sono riusciti a metterlo in un sacchetto. Al check out ci hanno perso i bagagli e il taxi ci ha dovuto aspettare (fortunatamente solo 15 minuti perché mi sono mossa 1 h e mezza prima a chiedere dove fossero i miei bagagli). Non lo consiglio perché l’hotel è enorme e ogni giorno per raggiungere la spiaggia o la stanza perdereste 2 ore. Non c’e Il relax che uno cerca dalla Thailandia. Bocciato

Frühstücksauswahl groß aber wiederholend. Der Meerblick im Zimmer und beim Essen ist sehr schön. Strandliegen leider dreckig und Schrauben liegen Rum. Das Meer ist sehr trüb und teilweise steinig zu Beginn. Restaurants sind im Verhältnis zu den thailändischen Preisen sehr teuer. Massagen auch mind. 2-3x teurer. Taxi zum Pier 730THB. Viel zu teuer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne auf dem Balkon. Es kam fast kein Wasser aus dem Hahn. Ich habe mich eig.sehr auf das Hotel gefreut, gerade da doch viele gute positive Bewertungen angezeigt wurden. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very noisy near the mid-night time when the fisherman's boats return to the pier nearby - Air cond leaking, reported and did not get fixed. - refridgerator was set too cold, soda water bottle cracked and leaving shattered glasses inside. - Checkout day luggages pick up was little messed up.

The property is beautiful, decoration is very unique. The food is not good at all, order from different restaurants and it was the same, no flavor at all. The service is terrible , although the staff are nice, they greet you everywhere bit the service is bad and their english is very limited, it was very very very hard ti communicate and no-one cares about the the service. They also charge for EVERYTHING and everything is over priced. If their customer service were better and the at least some of the staff spoke english this place would be amazing. Had too many inconveniences and none of them were solve properly. Definitely not returning.

It would be nice if there are more speedboats at different times to Phuket and back. There needs to be a coffee machine in every room. There need to be more sunshades.

Beautiful authentic Thai resort in luxury. Island peaceful away from tourists. Rooms very nice and very cold AC. Views are amazing. Was in hotel 3. Dont stay here if you have mobility issues. Lots of stairs and in and out truck type transportation with high step up and steep hills and down to beach. You will not be right on beach. Different restatrants same menu. Service is good but not amazing in restaurants.. some of the workers act less eager to please. Typical of large resorts. Spa was great.. there are things to do... prices more expensive because where you at. Mopeds.were fun.. hard to get back to phuket..and expensive because of private pier tp ao po grand marina. This is 5 star place. Would do again

We absolutely loved our stay at Santhiya. It surpassed our expectations! The service was excellent all around -- from the shuttles to the spa to the restaurants. We also loved all the extra detail that went into things like decor, live music and fun activities around the resort. It felt like a once in a lifetime experience and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for incredible service and Thai hospitality.

It was a great place to spend time without thinking about anything. One thing I would like to see improved is the shuttle service within the hotel grounds. Please note that if you choose a room far from the pick-up location, you will have to walk a considerable distance. However, it seems that small children, pregnant women, and people who require assistance will be transported by cart.

Das Hotel ist etwas besonderes und lädt zum entspannen ein. Leider ist es mittlerweile schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wären einige Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig. Z.b. Bei den Stiegen zum Pool fehlen einige Steine und somit besteht Gefahr sich zu verletzen, Nägel stehen aus Holzliegen raus

I had been staying in Phuket before my stay at the Santhiya so I took a taxi to the Marina and had arranged to take the speedboat as required. However, I was not given any information on where to meet the speedboat or if I was supposed to check in with any hotel staff somewhere. I was able to find the speedboat thanks to helpful people around the marina, but the staff at the boat kept asking me if I had checked in. They were not able to tell me where, and after some walkie-talkie and telephone discussions by staff, someone was able to find my name on their list and I was able to board the boat. I do not know if the Sanythiya has a procedure for checking in guests who have not taken the airport shuttle, or if I missed a desk/office at the Marina which belonged to the Santhiya but no one was able to direct me elsewhere. Keep in mind that Check-In at the Santhiya is 3pm, and if you arrive before that time your room will likely not be available yet! The hotel staff take your luggage when you arrive off the speedboat so while I enjoyed an hour or so at a restaurant getting lunch and waiting for my room, I would have enjoyed my time more if I had grabbed my swimsuit first. I wish the Santhiya had encouraged me to book a later speedboat so I would arrive when my room was ready. The facilities are fabulous and the buffet breakfast was always a very welcome sight. I can't rave about things more than everyone else already has so just trust me that you will have a fabulous time here.

This is a hidden gem! Excellent service from the moment I arrived to the moment we left! They made it truly a wonderful vacation. Only thing I would let people know that there are a lot of kids around the resort. It didn’t bother us personally, but if that is something you are not looking for would not recommend. Really enjoyed personally!

Before I begin, I want it to be clear that the staff and workers of the resort were extremely kind and nice. But that place was the worst part of my trip in Thailand, least, absolute least favorite part. Very beautiful though. There was something magical about the view from the infinity pool. I could have stared at the horizon for hours. The Muay Thai classes were a lot of fun. But we were very grateful to leave that resort. We just really thought it was overpriced food and ridiculous the boat ride to and from the port was not included. Think the resort should provide at least one ride there and one ride back for free. I did like that I was able to use WhatsApp and contact the hotel people whenever though. I had a mosquito issue in my room and whatsapped them and with in 5 minutes some dude sprayed our room. And there was a really cool monkey who may have stolen a bottle of Fanta (I’m assuming he wasn’t the original owner). But we only saw him one time. If I had seen him more I would have given more stars. More monkeys please and establish a 7eleven in the resort. Or a free shuttle to the village where they have a 7eleven.

Not a big problem but we had a squirrel or mouse digging in the ceiling for 2 nights, we did report it and the staff were quick to see what they could do and offered to move us, but we decided to stay and put up with the local wildlife

We enjoyed the rooms with balcony and bay views. The pools and beach were refreshing and convenient. Food service excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed excursion to nearby elephant sanctuary and private speed boat island hopping and snorkling for our family.

Var ikke imponeret over hotellet, men omgivelserne var jo pragtfulde, Tjernere og personale i restauranterne var virkelige dygtige. Maden var ikke særlig god. De ledende medarbejder var ikke særlig behagelige, virkede som om alle var i vejen for dem. Havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse på stranden med en ledende medarbejder, CHAI var hans navn.
