Very nice Resort
We stayed for 8 days in the Pool Villa; a very nice room, with a private pool, really comfortable. Breakfast is both continental and asian style. The restaurant is always open, with an international and thai menu (suggested for lunch!). Fisherman's Village is about 10 minutes walking away, with a large number of restaurants and shops (suggested for dinner!).

Resort sul mare, da provare!
Bellissimo resort direttamente sul mare. calda accoglienza, personale gentile e attento, avevamo optato per una stanza standard, ed all'arrivo ci hanno proposto una promozione e abbiamo preso la villa, abbiamo fatto bene! Le ville sono stupende: camere spaziose e profumate con tutti i comfort (ci sono addirittura borsa da mare e ombrelli!) dal bagno si accede ad un piccolo giardinetto con vasca e doccia esterne, Mentre dalla stanza si accede all'area privata con piscina, lettini e tavolino. I giardini sono molto ben curati, tanto verde, laghetti e due piscine, una direttamente sul mare. Sul mare offrono lettini e ombrelloni, ma anche kayak, gonfiabili e windsurf. Unica pecca negativa i lettini un po scomodi. Il mare inoltre è un po torbido ma il contesto nel complesso molto bello! Sul mare c'è il bar ed il ristorante. Avevamo la colazione compresa nel pacchetto con molta varietà, i prezzi però un pò alti, considerando che in Thailandia si può mangiare con pochi euro, i prezzi del bar e del ristorante erano come a Milano! Organizzano eventi e cene sulla spiaggia, molto carini ma anche questi un po costosi per lo standard thailandese... In spiaggia però di giorno arriva una barchetta che prepara da mangiare prodotti tipici più accessibili. A pochi passi dal fisherman's village, quindi vicino a negozi e ristoranti! Consigliata!

We absolutely loved our stay in the family room at Bandara. Amazing family room with bunk bed and divider, perfect set up for 2 2. Wonderful hotel, multiple pools, lovely clean beach with walking access to the amazing night market. We would definitely stay again!!

This place is a must. Fantastic hotel, superb swimming pools, beach bars, restaurant. A quick walk in to Fisherman’s Village, perfect location for all and of course a wonderful beach front. I highly recommend this hotel and I have stayed in some of the best worldwide, this should be a 5* it’s the best around that’s for sure at a great price. This place will not disappoint.

Good honest hotel, great pool and beach access with sun lounges. My first night my room was right on the street and it was quite noisy, I filled in the Expedia review saying checkin was good but room was noisy, and they called me the next morning and I switched rooms. Staff were great, amazing breakfast buffet… more than everything you could want!

Visited Koh Ssmui with family and my 9 year old girl. We had a bunk bed and queen size room which is very spacious, much larger than most hotel rooms. Can essily fit 5 people comfortably. Two showers make a difference too. Love the amenities and accessibility to the beach and the Fisherman's Wharf night market. Short ride to changwen and cheongmon beach for a chilllaxing days too. Highly recommended!

Hervorzuheben ist das sehr vielfältige Frühstück und die großen Pools. Außerdem hat das Hotel mit Kitty einen besonders freundlichen, sympathischen und deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter, der sich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert. Negativ zu erwähnen sind die schlecht isolierten Zimmer an der Straßenseite, die dringend eine Schallisolierung benötigen.

Mon avis est mitigé. L hotel et l ambiance en général est sympathique. Les employés sont ts "gentils" et "serviables ". La restauration n est pas la meilleure que j ai goûté ( lnous dejeunions ailleurs après).on sent que le covid a fait du mal et qu ils font avec ce qu il peuvent ( parasol de la plage et fauteuils raffistoles tant bien que mal). Au niveau de la chambre cela mériterait un meilleur menage( tache au sol presente tt notre séjour de 13 jours, evacuation douche difficile, mas surtout entretien des climatisations a faire). Pour ce qui m as le plus dérangé c est la musique sur la plage qui empêche de se reposer , mais aussi le fait de sentir mis dehors de cette derniere vers les 16h quand vient le moment de préparer les tables pour les soirées dînatoires . Je sais bien aussi qu ils ont besoin d argent mais une autre chose que je n ai pas apprécié c est le fait d avoir était comme mis de côté lors de la venue de vacanciers de chez tiu. En effet ces derniers ont eu droit a une "privatisation " d une partie de la plage( celle ou nous étions normalement) par l installation de chaises longues et de tables qui plus est, nettoyees pour l occasion ( alors que sur 13 jours jamais nettoyees).

A stay with exceptional service and comfort
Our stay at Bandara Resort and Spa as a couple was exceptional. We stayed in a Grand Pool Villa, which provided us with the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The location of Bandara was perfect, with a nice big but calm beach and walking distance to fishermen village which hade a nice night market and good restaurants. What truly stood out was the exceptional service that all of the staff gave us during our stay. A big star to Kitti who helped us with bookings of day trips to explore the island of Ko Samui and giving us helpful tips on what to do. The restaurant was also very good with a big breakfast buffet which had everything you need. The staff was very friendly and made us try new food which was very good. Also, as the restaurant was just by the sea it was a beautiful view from it. The cleaning of the room was also very good which made the stay perfect. Overall, in our view, a perfect stay that we will remember and hopefully come back to in the future.

Very nice and beautiful resort. Pools and private beach. The room was big and comfortable,breakfast was tasty and with a lot of variety of dishes. Located near the Main Street and 5 min walk from fisherman’s market. I have only one notice for improvement and it’s the cleanliness of the room-needs to be more good,and sheets need to be replaced at least one in a few days (we have been in the hotel for 6 days). The furniture needs some updating as well

This hotel is amazing! Very quiet, although there are families with children (so do we) it was peacfull The breakfast at the sea view... I will miss it. Love the gardens, also the room was very cleane. The kids club was well equipped for children's. I hope we will come againe.

Vi hadde store forventninger da vi hadde lest masse skryt fra tidligere gjester. Prisen for en uke var også meget høy. Vi ble litt skuffet da vi kom til hotellet. De som jobbet der var opptatt, så innsjekk gikk ikke så lett. Rommet var ikke klart. Rommet var helt ok, men bærer preg av at det er slitt og fuktig. Jeg synes ikke det var verdt prisen. Det plagsomme med hotellet er partymusikken som spilles overalt. Både i bassenget ved rommene og på stranden rett etter frokost og hele dagen lang. Det hadde vært så deilig om man bare kunne høre bølgene eller avslappende musikk.

Amazing stay, great breakfast. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice strip of lush restaurants and a market on their doorstep and a 10min drive/ride to Chaweng.

I enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Bandara. The resort had all the amenities and lacked for nothing. Breakfast at the water’s edge every morning was a treat, as was the fire show during one of their dinners. And sunset coupled with happy hour at the bar is a great way to while away the hours. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. I must give a special mention to their guest relations manager Kitty. He inquired daily into how my stay was going and whenever I needed his help (a late check out) he was quick to sort. People like Kitty who go the extra mile to help make the stay that more exceptional. I can’t wait to return.

Helt fantastisk vistelse på Bandara. Underbar personal, väldigt god mat och frukostbuffé. Läget med flera olika pooler och bra sängar på beachen, till och med sängarna och kuddarna var bra. Gymmet luftkonditionerat med olika maskiner samt 4 löpband vilket vi nyttjade varje dag. Så hit åker vi gärna tillbaka!
