Several issues with this property. No hot water. Upon turning the water to hot all I received was a loud noise like a car engine coming from inside the wall. The room came with no toilet paper and when I asked for toilet paper (late a night was when I discovered the error) the service person on the phone said to wait an hour as the storage room was locked. I waited an hour and he never showed or returned call. Never received toilet paper! The lock for the room was patched together and looked as though it had been broken into numerous times. I ended my stay a day early and took a loss just to get out of this unsafe place. Its in a great error but not worth the risk of getting something stolen or dealing with lack of basic amenities like hot water.

If you feel freedom, not to choose this hotel.
Room was very tiny and air circulation was not in that room. Main door lock was also broken but modified funny condition 😃 But staff was super friendly.

Long list to say TV didn’t work, No Towel, no Soap, no Paste… room was small.. and bedsheet wasn’t clean.. food was pathetic… I ordered dal and rice around 9:30 pm and got delivered around 11:00 pm after multiple followups.. Only pleasing was front desk people always helped me with my request..

A window in a room is Luxury.
The room I had booked was Economy Double Room but it did not have any windows due to which the room did not provide proper ventilation. It had a mouldy smell and made it difficult to stay in the room. On bringing this to the attention of the staff they were very rude including the owner/manager Mr. Tolani. According to them the AC provides enough ventilation. On being firm about having a room with the window Mr. Tolani started bargaining with me to pay extra. Starting from Rs. 500 then 300 and then 200. It felt like I was in the local fish market. Hotels.com customer service was also not helpful on call. Finally they agreed to give me their deluxe room with a window. To my horror it was the exact same room as the economy room with the exception of a window. Seriously ! A window is a luxury addition in a room ? A very unpleasant experience. Probably they should mention clearly that certain categories of rooms do not have windows.

BOOKING THE LOWEST CATEGORY ROOM AND EXPECTING THE BIGGEST ROOM AND BARGAINING FOR UPGRADATION FEE REALLY MAKES IT LOOK LIKE A FISH MARKET! I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO PAY FOR THE EXACT ROOM IN WHICH YOU WANT TO STAY NEXT TIME YOU VISIT ANY HOTEL! IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED ABOUT THE ROOM DIMENSIONS AND WINDOWS WHEN YOU BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA. AND YES A/C DOES PROVIDE VENTILATION THATS WHAT AC's ARE THER FOR. SORRY THAT YOU HAD AN UNPLEASENT STAY BUT I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT AND NOT MAKE A HOTEL A FISH MARKET.

Not bad
Overall it was not bad. The booking included with breasfast, but the hotel personnel was not willing to provide breakfast and told the guests that the booking was not included with the breakfast. Then we provided the original booking confirmation documents from the Hotels.ca, then they agreed to provide breakfast. The room was not very clean and number of towels were not enough for the guests.

Nice budget hotel in good location
Nice hotel in a very good location. Staffs are really nice. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Stayed for the 2nd time in two months. Will stay again.

- you have to ask free breakfast many times - aisles of hotel are noisy in daytime and you hear it in your room + rooms are good and clean

the first day when i checked in ,it was 12 o clock,went to my room,and i didnt pee for a good amonunt of time,so went to toilet and lifted the comod cover,it totally came off from comod and fell to the ground,tha manager came and instead of being apologitic his behavour was like its my mistake wy i lifted the comod cover in a way that the entire cover fell off,actually wat i saw that they simply attach them with glue ,his behaviour was so bad and he tried to blame it on me,the entire stay the manager was ruthless in attitude,we book a hotel coz we trust expedia,but hey dnt make us embarassed like this,i was so hurt at his behaviour,dnt know whether my review matter or not

overall it was very good. room was big and clean. Bed was quite big and comfortable. washroom also was clean and modren fittings. staffs were nice and gentle. i m happy with our stay . thanks guys :)

Great location, very close to Park Street and metro stop. Breakfast brought to the room each morning was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Great value for the price.
