Struttura che potrebbe puntare al massimo voto per servizi (desk dolci, grande piscina, beach e pool Bar, cene su spiaggia con spettacoli, belle camere) massaggi sulla bella spiaggia (!) e aperitivi in piscina con tramonti da cartolina, ma tutto cio’ viene inficiato da alcune pecche di servizio. Ci si e’ smagnetizzata quasi ogni giorno la key e dato che serve ascensore, scendi in reception a sistemarla.... Lenzuola rotte e lise nel bed extra Lentissimi a servire il bere (pecca un po di tante strutture malesi) tanto che a volte arrivava vino a pasto finito. Il wifi oltre che lento si stacca ogni volta che i device vanno in stand by. Si rimettono user e password anche 30 volte al giorno! Delirante. Il servizio “1” per i bagagli era spesso occupato tanto che sono dovuto scendere a chiedere il servizio... A parte questo ci hanno dato una suite family in upgrade (attenzione il king size bed non ha misure usa ma malesi.. e’ piccolo per 2+1) grande ben curata e con 2 bagni. Peccato queste pecche perche il 10 sarebbe stato meritatissimo

Overall nice hotel. for a 5 star resort i expected more. upon arrival i was asked to pay again even though i had already paid and had proof of a receipt, the staff refused to let us check in without paying again. now i have to wait 2 weeks for them to process the second payment i made. buffet had many options but was tailored more as dinner food than breakfast food (hygiene wise, many food items were not kept hot but were lukewarm and some items were completely uncovered). in turn i have food poisoning and i had not eaten outside the hotel. the staff are mostly friendly although we had an altercation with someone who works at the marina club (adjoining property) who refused to help us with directions back to the hotel. room facilities were nice but no tv channels, bed is not very comfortable and the toilet started leaking around the second day. i wouldn’t stay here again but for this experience it was fine as we only stayed a few days and our main purpose was to relax

すでにこのホテルに4度宿泊しております。コロナ禍で 5年振りで利用しました。部屋のリノベーションされ 快適に滞在しました。 ベルキャプテンの対応も 早く親切である。また、レストランのスタッフの笑顔が良く気持ちが良かったです。 ゴルフ場のスタッフは丁寧に案内してくれました。 更に、ルームクリーニングは親切に対応され、タオルの追加、アダプターを依頼しても早い対応に関心しました。 早朝5時から隣室で大声でカラオケをやっている韓国人には悩まされました・・・・?
