Dear Mr Giuseppe, At the very beginning we would like to thank you for your comment and apologize for the circumstances that had made you to wrote it. What we know for sure, situation like that shouldn’t have happened. We hope that our failures didn’t ruin your trip to Poland, however we strongly belief that if we were aware of these failures things could look different. We would like to say that we are taking the full responsibility for the lack of towels and heating problem. We are going to do our best to prevent similar situations in the future. On the other hand, our Guests’ satisfaction is our priority, that’s why our reception is available 24h per day under our telephone number. Moreover, in every location there is a tablet or phone, which Guests are welcome to use to communicate with us. We know that it’s not as convenient as having the receptionist at the same floor or even in the same building, but we need only 10-15 minutes to appear at Sw. Tomasza Street in urgent situations. We think that your situation was a one of these. As we mentioned, we care about our Guests and we listen to their comments about the stay, because of that we are fully aware how difficult is to deal with stairs. Consequently, since last year we have tried to get an agreement for building there an elevator. It was extremely hard, because Novum House is located in an old, monumental building in the heart of the Main Square and the elevator needs to follow some restrictions. We finally succeed and construction work should be completed in 2018. Before that time, we don’t consider as a problem to change the reservation for lower floor if room like this is available. Despite the fact that the information about the floor and lack of elevator is marked at every our website and bold and underline in the e-mails with booking confirmation which we send. We think that the biggest failure in this situation was the lack of communication. We would like to apologize for that. Moreover, we would be happy to have a possibility to host you once again and show how your first stay should looked like.
