Buon hotel
Buon hotel in prossimità dal centro comunque collegato dal tram vicino. Parcheggio attraversando la strada , quello vicino l’hotel è a pagamento e la polizia fa le multe. Vista della camera interna non bellissima e un po’ di rumore proveniente dal club. Ottima la colazione

Ottimo hotel
Struttura moderna e confortevole. Camere pulite. Ottima colazione con grande varietà di scelta. Bella esperienza in piscina con vista al sesto piano dell hotel. Con la macchina ol centro si raggiunge in un attimo.

Ottimo hotel, ha una posizione ottima appena fuori dal centro ma a 100 m c'è la fermata del tram che in 5 minuti ti conduce in centro, dotato di spa e ottima colazione. Peronale gentile e disponibile.

Meraviglioso
Bellissimo Hotel in stile moderno. Personale gentile e molto professionale disposizione per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Colazione ottima, abbondante e varia e che comprende prodotti locali. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di abbondanti acqua, the e caffè "complimentary". Assolutamente consigliato.

Business Hotel con ZOO in camera
Si tratta di un business Hotel alle porte della città . Carino,nulla da dire in negativo se non per : -prima notte ho dovuto chiedere cambio camera causa forte puzzo di fumo ( camera no smoking evidentemente sbagliata). -seconda notte mi sono svegliato (fortunatamente) alle 02.00 con un ragno ( oltre 2 cm ) nero lucido sulla spalla ( nel letto ) ... che ho inseguito e ucciso ... -terza notte ( in realtà pomeriggio inoltrato) ho ucciso una bacarozzo di otre 3 cm che e' uscito da sotto la scrivania ... Devo andare avanti ? Per il resto l'hotel non e' niente male ... ottima colazione Immaginate le mie nottate ....

Carino
Hotel carino e in una posizione comoda. C'è una fermata del tram a nemmeno 5 minuti che in dieci minuti porta verso il centro di Cracovia. Invece a piedi in 10 minuti si arriva al noto quartiere ebraico. 4 stelle e non 5 per due motivi. Il primo è che nel bagno ci sono veramente pochi asciugamani (uno è il classico asciugamano per il viso da usare li per fare la doccia e uno è un minuscolo asciugamano da usare per il viso). Non c'è quindi un telo doccia o un accappatoio se non a pagamento. Secondo motivo è la spa, carina e con tutti i servizi previsti ma mal dislocata. Infatti ci sono molte correnti d'aria, la piscina è in un piano diverso da sauna e bagno turco quindi si devono fare delle scale dove si prende freddo. Inoltre può contenere poche persone rispetto al flusso di clienti che ha l'hotel. Personale cordiale, non eccessivamente amichevole ma non stupisce considerate le persone del posto in generale.

Un hotel attento alle necessità dei suoi clienti
Raramente mi è capitato di desiderare di avere almeno un giorno in più per rimanere in hotel. A cominciare da una receptionist gentile ed attenta ad ogni richiesta, l'hotel offre anche un agenzia di viaggi interna per escursioni in zona, una agenzia di rent car, un piccolo centro benessere negli ultimi piani, un autista a buon prezzo e con una guida migliore rispetto alla media dei tassisti locali , un bar, un piano bar ed un locale jazz. Complessivamente pulito e funzionale, basta attraversare il fiume che si è già nella zona ebraica di Cracovia, ma se questo non dovesse bastare vi e una barca che ogni 4 ore vi porterà in centro. Unico vero punto debole dell'hotel è il ristorante che non sa proporre una cucina locale né una specifica cucina europea desiderabile, soprattutto se messa a confronto degli ottimi prezzi che si possono trovare i ristoranti del centro.

The Hotel is good and the staff are friendly. The location is fine, around a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The rooms were fine, although our view of the roof of the building wasn't great. The bed was our biggest concern, with two single beds pushed together and a double mattress over the top and two single duvets. This meant that there was a light switch, presumably normally between the two beds which was now in the middle of the bed at mattress height. This was accidentally switched on twice during our stay during the night, waking us up both times.

Pool was great. Hot tub was not working though. Rooms slightly tired, but clean! 25 minute walk to the main square. 2 single duvets for a double room? Found that a little strange. Staff were pleasant. 80 ZL (around £16!) for breakfast is an absolute rip off though. Embarrassing how they can charge this much. Turn right out of hotel and you can get a lovely little breakfast for 2 for that price!

The carpet in our room was stained and looks really dirty .When I book there was Breakfast incl but we didn't received in Hotel.They don't have enough trobe for us water in pool and jacuzzi was too cold and not enough space for everyone in pool and saunas.Was apect much nice all very disappointed.

Fantastic Hotel
Brilliant hotel right next to a main train station on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter. Lovely swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Clean amenities, friendly staff and glass bottles provided to fill with mineral water from a machine in the corridor.

I think the overall hotel was good but I’ve been in better 4* hotels. I was a bit disappointed that I put up the cleaning sign but only new towels were given. I have never been to a hotel where they don’t clean the room for 3 days. Breakfast was good but it was a little annoying trying to work out what everything was because there were no signs.
