Ottima la pulizia, piscina sul roof fantastica e ben tenuta, piscina al 1° piano pulita, palestra ben attrezzata e pulita. Colazione abbondante, incrementerei qualche prodotto in più reparto salato occidentale ma comunque più che sufficiente anche così. Personale di tutto l'hotel gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Tutto molto gradito

Più adatto per brevi residenze che per una vacanza. Camere molto ampie (piccoli appartamentini) molto anonimi e poco accoglienti. Colazione discreta ma nulla di che.

Siamo arrivati alla 1 di notte dopo il volo intercontinentale e non abbiamo potuto fare una doccia perche' l'acqua viene scaldata dal boiler elettrico che ovviamente era spento. Colazione commestibile ma prevalentemente asiatica. Posizione comoda, vicina alla fermata Raja Chulan della monorotaia, e alla sopraelevata pedonale coperta con aria condizionata che porta alle Petronas Towers ed al Suria mall

Ottimo albergo a due passi dal centro
Camere accoglienti e spaziose, moderne con bagno con doccia e soffione a pioggia. Rilassante e confortevole. A due passi dalla fermata di metro e vicino alle maggiori attrazioni del posto, come il grande mall e le stradine con i vari ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo silenzioso. Un soggiorno molto apprezzato come prima tappa dopo il lungo viaggio dall'Italia, godendo anche delle due piscine rilassanti.

Ottimo suggerimento!
A pochi passi dalla stazione Raja Chulan della KL Monorail, dotato di ogni comfort - la suite assegnatami era davvero Top! - e di roof pool al 32mo piano vista Petronas Tower, si è rivelato una scelta davvero azzeccata. Grazie Expedia!

Un soggiorno meraviglioso
L'hotel è situato in una zona molta animata ricca di ristorantini e centri commerciali,vicino ad una fermata della monorail che consente di raggiungere qualunque zona della città e l'aeroporto.sono rimasta sorpresa quando ho scoperto che pur viaggiando da sola mi avevano assegnato una suite meravigliosa con tutte le comodità.per non dimenticare che per i momenti di grande caldo e di relax ci sono 2 meravigliose piscine!

Un piccolo Loft nell'area pulsante di Kuala Lumpur
Le camere sono molto spaziose,sembrano dei piccolo Loft e sono molto accoglienti, oltre ad essere attrezzati con tutte le comodità di un albergo di livello.L'albergo si trova nel centro di Kuala Lumpur.Ristoranti, locali, centri commerciali, tutto é raggiungibile a piedi.Vicinissimo a piedi - appena 5 minuti - si trova anche la Skyline, il treno con cui si possono raggiungere tutte le altre zone interessanti della città. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile.L'unico appunto é la colazione, che era molto scarsa, considerando il livello dei altri alberghi di questo tipo in Asia.Considerando però la posizione, le camere, la pulizia, la gentilezza del personale l'albergo é stato un affare, considerando prezzo/qualità.Assolutamente da consigliare per chi vuole un albergo easy comunque uno standard elevato ed essere nel centro della città.

Hotel/appartamento con tutti i comfort
Abbiamo passato solo qualche giorno al Park Royal Serviced Apt e ci è dispiaciuto! avremmo voluto avere più tempo per goderci lo spendido appartemento, la piscina e tutti i servizi. Le camere sono veri e propri mini appartementi, ottimamente arredati (con tanto di cucina). Nel palazzo c'è una splendida piscina all'ultimo piano da cui si gode un'ottima vista (anche delle petronas). I servizi sono tutti di eccellente livello (colazione, personale, wifi, etc) e in più c'è una efficiente lavanderia a gettoni con tanto di asciugatrice. Nella zona potete trovare una quantità infinita di bancarelle di cibo e di locali.

口コミをみてこちらのホテルを選びました。 大人2人子供3人、5泊させていただきました。 夫が誕生月ということで特典メールが届いていたので、チェックイン時に今回の旅で使えるか聞いたら使えないと。残念でした。 一番困ったのは、滞在中一度も温かいお湯がでなかったことです。 私たちが泊まった窓からの景色はあまりよくなくて、さらに残念に感じました。 マレーシアは環境税もかかるみたいで、ホテルで支払うよういわれました。 勉強不足で知らなかったので、初め戸惑いました。 お部屋の掃除は、毎日してくれます。お皿も洗ってくれて丁寧です。 スタッフさんは、人によりますが優しい方もたくさんいます。 来年は別のホテルになるかな？と思います。

Recommendable, and i will return here for sure. I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, well equipped with amenities. I liked the aromatic shampoo and shower gel. There were no USB outlets, thus you need to have your own plugs to charge your devices. Convenient location. 5-7minutes walk to Jalan Alor, 7-10minutes walk to Pavilion mall. You can find a SevenEleven at the ground floor.

On a vraiment était ravi de notre séjour au Park royal ! Une suite au 24eme étage magnifique, très spacieux, calme, lit super confortable… Réceptioniste super chou… Piscine au 31 eme étage agréable avec 2 jacuzzi mais dommage le système de bulles fonctionner pas aux 2 ! Je recommande fortement Prendre absolument les taxi avec Grab !!

close to Raja Chulan monorail station. Even closer to grocery store, many wonderful restaurants and the Skywalk to KLCC. The pools were the perfect temperature and always clean. Breakfast had a multicultural assortment of perfectly prepared foods. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and spacious. Very comfortable stay. This will be my goto hotel whenever I am in KL! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Location is useful to access nearby attractions
Hotel is close by (to my mind, walking distance) to Pavilion Mall, Raja Chulhan LRT and Bukit Bintang Crossing. Room was spacious. Did not use hotel facilities but they looked nice especially, the roof top pool.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and very spacious nonetheless. Master room toilet doesn't have a ventilation and window is locked so it gets warm in the afternoon and stuffy after a bath. We booked this property because there is a washer and dryer in the room, but discovered we have to purchase detergent from reception, while not expensive just leaves us puzzled why it can't be included in the room price. 5 to 10 min walk to Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang shopping street. Multiple restaurants in the streets around the hotel.

ブキビンタンから徒歩10分 アクセスは普通 ホテルのシャワーが初日出なかった。即刻確認すると、8-23時しか出ないという回答を得たが、翌日の夜20時にはお湯が出なかったため、マネージャースタッフに確認すると、タンクの水に制限があるため、1人が入ったら40分空けてほしいとのこと。家族で行くと風呂だけで2、3時間取られる計算なので、家族向けではないと思う。ホテル側は何の補填もしなかった。
