Normal hotel a bit run down and not so comfortable. Internet access impossible and for a traveller is essential! Changed the hotel mainly becaus of this problem! Will never come back!

Clean and comfortable
Any issues immediately satisfactory resolved. Very helpful staff. Good housekeeping and very convenient and quiet location. Monorail one block around the corner.

モノレールのＭｅｄａｎ　Ｔｕａｎｋｕ駅からすぐ近くにあり、ＬＲＴのＳｕｌｔａｎ　Ｉｓｍａｉｌ駅にも徒歩圏で、立地が良いです。部屋も広くて、朝食もそこそこ美味しく、コスパは高いと思います。ただ、周辺からカラオケ？や車の騒音が深夜までかなり大きく聞こえてきたので、神経質な人はやめておいた方がよいかもしれません。

gute Lage in der Nähe gute Malls gute Räume genug Platz fenster lässt sich öffnen Frühstück bewerte ich nicht da es für Europäer grundsätzlich schwierig in Malaysia ist aber war OK - Zimmer war sauber nur im Bad bzw der Waschbecken sollte man mal auch wischen aufräumen alleine ist nicht immer alles aber im großen und ganzen dennoch sauber

Overall it was good but during my previous stay it was very properly vacumm and clean. This time, i found bit of cashew nut and tissue paper beside the bed and the carpet was not properly vacumm. Just take proper note and action. TQ

I stayed 6 times in this hotel. good location and clean. this time i found bit problem. they allocate me room number 918 but intercom connections was available there. and no remote control for AC. ac was loud. as a loyal customer i deserve more better service.

Comfort And Strategic Location
It was good stay.overall the hotel is nice , location is good . Comfort and for sure i will come again. Normally i stay in Prescott Kajang , but this time since i have work in KL , so i chose Prescott Medan Tuanku.

Tout était très bien juste la climatisation un peu bruyante. Bruit dans les couloirs dû aux touristes chinois qui crient. Je recommande cet hotel qui est bien placé.

NICE HOTEL
Nice hotel, not too far from metro and monorail stations, making access to other parts of KL easy. Room was good and spacious with very good A/C. The shower was great, really good pressure and didn't take too long to heat up. Restaurant was okay. I breakfasted there a few times and was a little disappointed to be honest. It was never explained what was included in the RM20 cost and what wasn't. And there wasn't that much variety from day-to-day. I only had breakfast in there so couldn't say about other times. My main complaint was that there was a funny smell in the corridor and in the room. It smelt like stale cigarette smoke. One day it had gone from the corridor but returned the next day. In the room, it wasn't too overpowering though and didn't affect my time there.

Don’t go to this hotel
Definitely not good. I have stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Since the first day I checked in to this hotel (12th April 2019, 8pm) I never had a welcome greeting be it orally or behaviorally . I had to pick my luggage by myself from the taxi to the lobby and from lobby to my room. Reasons to be was she (the receptionist) was the only hotel staff working. From that first day it continues until the end of my stay in that hotel or shall I call it shelter. Because to me it doesnt deserve to be a three star or even single star hotel. The last day was even the worst experience that I ever encounter when I had to take luggage trolly from the lobby to my room by meyself. And take my luggage down to the lobby by myself where during that time my luggage was 4 bags and 6 boxes. Lastly, it was the worst experienced that I ever had staying in a hotel. Hospitality was none, no smiles, most of the hotel staff was not helpful which includes the cleaner.

Ordentliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das Hotel ist günstig und sauber! Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und die Betten sind ordentlich. Vom Frühstück sollte man nicht all zu viel erwarten, aber bei dem Preis kann man auch nichts besseres erwarten! Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Monorail entfernt. In dieser Preiskategorie findet man kaum etwas besseres in dieser Stadt!

Hotel location and environment
This hotel location near golden triangle, you can you monorail to go to bukit bintang just 10-15 minutes. Beside that this hotel provide complete amenities on the room, breakfast was good, the place wasn't noisy so you can sleep at night and overall all is good while we stay and definitely will stay here again if we go to Malaysia next time

Personnel vraiment très sympathique et aidant. La chambre propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est cependant décevant, très asiatique il n'y pas beaucoup de choix.
