Hotel molto bello con colazione internazionale ottima, posizione centrale fronte mare. Personale molto gentile, ma anche poco attento alle esigenze di una famiglia. Prenotato una junior suite , stanza molto bella, con tutti i confort, ma adiacente ad un locale con musica dal vivo fino a mezzanotte, che non ci ha consentito di dormire. Dopo la prima sera abbiamo chiamato la concergerie, lamentando il rumore, ma assicurandoci che sarebbe finito presto, salvo non informarci, pur sapendolo, che il giorno successivo sarebbe durato anche oltre la mezzanotte. In fase di prenotazione non avevo notato che oltre ai vari servizi avrei anche usufruito di musica dal vivo direttamente in camera. Probabilmente avendolo saputo prima avrei scelto una stanza differente ,oppure se non disponibile,un’altra struttura. Se scegliete questo Hotel, se volete dormire, chiedete una stanza interna , che dovrebbe consentire a voi e famiglia di riposare in modo ottimale

Struttura di buona qualità, in zona strategica proprio front ocean, camere ampie e ben arredate, ottima roof pool e personale gentilissimo. Unica piccola pecca, l'assenza di balconi nelle stanze, ma per il resto lo consiglio, a tutti. Se volete iniziare la pratica del surf è il posto giusto

Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Lack of information from hotel and Expedia on a major holiday. I was dead bolted in the hotel with 500 guests for 24 hours. That would be a crime in my country. Was only told the stores would be closed never told I would be locked up as a criminal

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile

very horrible hotel. the perfect picture on their page is a malicious deception. The location is ghetto, the rooms are horrible and smell nasty. We had to ran out of the hotel next day..

Great rooftop pool with beautiful sunsets. Rooms are nice and bright and spacious. Buffet breakfast was good too with lots of options.

This place had everything we needed. Beautiful room, which was upgraded at no cost to a balcony room. A great rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, which was right across the street. Also shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel also had its own taxi drivers that would take you places, wait for you and drive you back to the hotel.

Bali has been one of our dream vacation place. We went for my wife's birthday and the hotel was extremely good and the staff were very nice. They were always there and any help needed, they were just a call away. Location was very good. Just opposite to the beach to see an excellent sunset. Very close to the shopping malls and for local street shopping. The multi cuisine food was very good with lots of varieties. Special thanks to the front desk staff Dayu and Ivan for being extremely kind. When I go again I will stay here only and I recommend this hotel for anyone who plans to have a great vacation
