pulito, personale competente ottima posizione
Check in veloce, personale disponibile e qualifcato, camere ben isolate e silenziose, peccato che nn c'è ,almeno nelle camere in cui ho soggiornato, la doccia ma la vasca. Materasso ottimo. Ristorante:ho cenato una sola volta ma devo dire che mi è sembrato di qualita; buona carta dei vini buone le pietanze le porzioni e la presentazione. Colazione a buffet: ottima, internazionale ampia scelta. C'è una piccola palestra. Manca la piscina interna purtoppo A 30 minuti dall'aeroporto.

Clean and new hotel in a quite and central area
Good and clean hotel, the only problem was a nearby room noise in night time, but nothing to complain about the hotel. It was not clear the cost of breakfast when I made the reservation but the hotel staff was glad to explain all details.

Premesso che non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, questa ultima mia prenotazione è stata fatta in due fasi ed erroneamente ho prenotato 3 camere in due categorie diverse. quando si sono accorti mi hanno chiamato in camera e mi hanno fatto pagare la differenza da listino tra la camera standar e quella superior….no comment. La mia camera era piuttosto fredda anche se il riscaldamento era impostato a 27°. La doccia con la tenda è orribile

Weekend di svago in una nuova citta. Hotel confortevole anche se alcuni ambienti un po' bui. Ottima la SPA dove il personale mi e' sembrato altamente qualificato.

HOTEL DI STANDARD ELEVATO
L'albergo, rinnovato di recente, è molto pulito e curato, le stanze sono spaziose e molto confortevoli, il personale gentile e disponibile. Unici appunti: la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo e 18 euro sono una cifra esagerata per l'offerta mattutina, oltretutto è stato preteso il pagamento anticipato con carta di credito o contanti! Ancora: nella hall la sera stazionano alcune "signorine" a caccia di clienti, a mio avviso non è un buon biglietto da visita... Per il resto comunque va benissimo.

Ottimo albergo nuovo: lo straconsiglio!
Distante poche decine di metri dalla stazione della metro, questo hotel è stato inaugurato nel 2012. Lo staff è gentile, cortese, disponibile e poliglotta (cose non di poco conto in Kiev). La camera era grande, comoda e spaziosa; dotata di minibar e connessione wifi gratuita. Le camere danno sul parcheggio davanti all'ingresso dell'albergo, sulla strada accanto, oppure su un piazzalone molto squallido. La colazione, tenuta nel ristorante dell'hotel, era buonissima e molto varia: di sicuro verranno accontentati tutti i Vostri gusti. E' una novità sul panorama degli alberghi di questa città, dunque non ha ancora molte recensioni. Spero, pertanto, che non abbiate troppi scrupoli a soggiornare presso questo albergo: io lo consiglio e ci ritornerei subito.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were professional and helpful. The only minor complaint was there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Jag har bott på hotellet flera gånger. Senaste gången jag bodde där såg jag i efterhand att dom debiterat mig turist-tax två gånger, men brydde mig inte om det. När jag kom tillbaka gången efter så sa dom att jag inte betalat för en cola från förra gången, vilket inte stämmer då jag inte dricker läsk. Jag förklarade det, men dom skulle ha pengarna. Tog då som ett exempel att jag inte sa ngt om dom gjorde fel med turist-tax. Även OM jag hade missat att betala för en cola, på ett dyrt hotell när man bott flera gånger och återkommer gång på gång. Pinsamt att ens ta upp detta med läsken. Jag kommer inte bo på Alfavito något mer, har även berättat för mina kollegor som bor där och alla tar nu avstånd. Pinsamt att kräva betalningen för en läsk för förra gången när jag dessutom inte har druckit någon. Vi är nu 7 st kunder ni tappat.

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions but noticed that it's lacking in service. Very noisy guests late at night with doors slamming. Unfortunately I will not be returning .

The hotel was not far from the centre of Kiev and there were lots of places to eat and drink near the hotel. The hotel bar was a reasonable price for food and drink and the food was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We came over from England and the receptionist English was excellence. Highly recommend and I will be coming back to stay at this hotel in the future!
