Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, personale e servizio, servizi e condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
La struttura è conosciuta da tutti i taxi. È centralissima, domina una delle piazze piu belle, piazza indipendenza, è a 10 m da un grande centro commerciale con ogni tipo di servizio. Il personale, soprattutto la reception è di una cortesia e disponibilità infinite. Solo qualche persona della sala colazione, dovrebbe capire che non siamo militari, essere piu cortese, e magari per miracolo, provare a sorridere almeno una volta al giorno. Avevamo un appartamento al 14* piano...vista spettacolare. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente insuperabile anche grazie ad Expedia

Posizione centrale, su una collinetta in piazza Majdan. Avrebbe bisogno di una risistemata generale. La vasca è altissima e quando si esce, si rischia lo spostamento dell'anca. La colazione è appena sufficiente per noi italiani.

Pregi: albergo in pieno centro, affacciato su piazza dell'Indipendenza e vicino alla via principale. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Ampia scelta nel buffet della colazione. 2 bottiglie di acqua da mezzo litro in omaggio al giorno. Difetti: camera molto calda, impossibilità di regolare autonomamente la temperatura. Serpentina riscaldante per asciugamani posizionata sul muro del bagno ma vicinissima al lavandino e ad altezza d'uomo, per cui, stando di fronte al lavandino, ci si poteva lavare con difficoltà.

Ultimo mio giorno sono stato spostato di stanza al 4 piano ... ho pagato con carta di credito anticipato . Stanza fatiscente, orrenda . Paragonabile ad una stella . Entrato alle ore 13 e alle 16 ho lasciato camera andando in un altro Hotel , giustamente referendo alla reception. Vorrei avere la soddisfazione del rimborso di euro 57 con le scuse della direzione. Hotel unico nel suo genere, 95 euro per 2 giorni nella posizione in assoluto migliore di tutta la città è forse nazione, sulla collinetta teatro della rivoluzione ukraina del 2014 con vista panoramica, che allego, sulle magnifiche guglie ortodosse e non, dotato di tutti i confort, con scalda salviette d estate mah, un hotel a misura di tutte le categorie dei turisti, sulla fermata metro, con centro commerciale globus sulle scale. Perfect position in the city centre, just close to Maydan Square, Old fashioned hotel, although the service is good. Doors, tpas and sink seem to have been recycled and repainted, Good quality-price ratio. Refurbishment would be a good idea, although rooms are clean and quiet.

It’s old property was probably built during the Stalin era. The location is great being right on shopping area. Metro is close and although much is a furniture should be remodeled. It does bring you back in time as you walk through the hotel lights are off during the day and kind of dark hallways.

Great location, with views. Near city center, shops, and walking distance to historic cathedrals. Super clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom area. Purchase the breakfasts here…fabulous!

This hotel is a relic from the Cold War but with some updates. It is not fancy but good basic lodging with a large buffet breakfast, reasonable rates, and a great location. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Big issues with the warm water !
Even tho its quite known hotel and central , the badrums are in terrible condition aswell as the water temperature is so low undependently if its hot or cold. I was unable to take a relaxing shower !

Excellent place to stay in Kyiv.
Ukraine hotel location is excellent. I couldn’t ask a better location. Friendly nice staff and breakfast was delicious and various items. I have no complaints but I think the amount of rate they charge they need to upgrade/ modernisation. Furnitures are back dated but still okay but they need urgent attention to upgrade Bathroom/toilet. I would stay here again because of excellent location and fairly nice front office staff.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were excellent, no issues there. now to the bad stuff. The Food, Breakfast was included but was more often than not cold, even the hot food. Unless you got there within the first 30 minutes. the Hotel is very dated , great if you like 70 and 80s Soviet chic. The fridge didn't work they have a real phobia around fire risk. apparently hairdryers and TV's are OK but not a fridge. Only other thing was there were 4 days around the middle of my stay with no maid service at all. Otherwise great location and great staff. it's OK but it will be a last resort if I stay there again.

Super easy check in with a very friendly hostess on reception. Lovely, clean room with a fantastic city view. Lots of space! Great buffet breakfast. I can't fault this fantastically located hotel.

Hôtel idealement situé mais la salle de bain devrait être refaite. La baignoire sabot est très ancienne , grise par l'usure du temps. Personnel agréable.

Zeer oud hotel waar de tegels van de muur vallen in de badkamer geen warm water en een ouderwetse kleine badkuip (vierkant) NIET BOEKEN!! Echt oud hotel absoluut geen 4 sterren, geen enkele ster waardig!
