We liked the property overall. The interior was very nice, we would have appreciated having a few small items stocked in the unit prior to arrival - just basic stuff like dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, a few spices. The pool was nice. Unfortunately, on certain days the smell from the refinery are pretty strong, hard to use the beach and pool on these days. These neighboring facilities and the barking dogs at adjacent residences are probably enough that we won't be back.

These are considered to be the finest condominiums in La Paz and it’s obvious why. The complex has an enormous pool, and it’s on private beach. The condominium some selves are spacious and modern.

Perfect stay
Great place. Clean and quiet and close enough to el centro. We rented a couple of bikes for most of the week and rode into downtown La Paz everyvday for breakfast. The dedicated bike path starts a couple hundred yards south of the complex along the malecón and beyond for miles. Lots of fun!!

Beautiful, luxurious place! Super peaceful. Lee, the concierge, was very helpful. Lovely, empty beach, and a very short drive to town and to the northern beaches. There was a slight smell of sewage at times. We couldn’t tell if it was a sewage smell or a rotting pond smell and couldn’t tell where it was coming from… with that being said, we would stay here again.

Ante el incremento del semáforo por efectos de COVID- 19, tuvimos que tomar medidas con la intención de salvaguardar su seguridad y la de nuestro Staff, lo que nos hizo suspender de manera temporal el servicio de limpieza. What more can you ask for
This venue is absolutely stunning!!! A must stay while visiting La Paz. The resort sits right on the beach so of course the views are amazing. The rooms inside are beautiful and spacious. The pool is nice and cool and spacious. There is a bar and tennis courts and volleyball courts on site. The only thing missing is an on-site restaurant. However they do offer many services including a private chef that comes to your room and cooks for you either from a preset menu or you can make a request. And their chef is amazing!! Last but definitely not least our concierge Liuditiza was amazing! She made our stay that much more enjoyable. Any questions we had she was quick to respond. She made sure our fridge was fully stocked with cold water. She called taxis for us any time of the day and night. She was very accommodating! I highly recommend this resort for your next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is spectacular and even the one bedroom condo is huge. Each residence is beachfront. The atmosphere was serene. With so few residences, it wasn't uncommon to have the pool or the whole beach to ourselves, even at sunset. The waves were calm. This was a peaceful, perfect home away with everything we could ask for. Understand this is a serviced condo, not a hotel. The grounds are well taken care of and you don't at all feel like a number, as you so often do in a hotel. Li and Juan both provided a personal touch as a point of contact and concierge, offering anything we'd like to make our stay better, from private chefs to massage services to grocery delivery. I was impressed.

Yo, this was by far the most 5 star location I had stayed at ever. The host named Lee made the stay freaking ridiculously awesome. She arranged groceries for us and installed them in the fridge all bougie like (spaced water bottles to fill the shelf, put the eggs in this egg container thingy, and organized the bread and cereal in the cupboard). She arranged taxis for pick up and drop off to wherever we needed for our boat tours and beach 5:30am delivery to one of the beaches and picked us up on the time we specified. the taxi even said only pay after we get picked up. only 700 pesos for convenience? Worth. Lee gave us suggestions and set up our boat tours for us. Even opting to incur the set up fee herself to secure the spots. She did so , but due to miscommunication scheduled our tour on the wrong day. So she incurred the set up fee , but luckily she was able to get a refund. This was one of the best reservation and experience with a place to stay in Mexico on par with some 5 star mainland hotels. The room was clean and spotless when we arrived to stay. We opted out of house cleaning at check-in. The pool was clean and the premises was clean. We did not feel disgusted or unsafe in any way. Definitely recommend 100x over.

Best property on the beach in La Paz
Excellent apartment and property on the beach with a great and huge pool. Beautiful view, spacious apartment in top quality. Super service and hospitality by the hostess. Only tiny disturbance is the view to refinery in the distance, BUT this place is great. In walking distance to Costabaja with restaurants, golf and marina.

Wow! If you are looking for a proper relaxing vacation then this is the spot. We were a party of 4, two adults and two kids 3 and 5 years old. I’m quoting my 5 year old daughter “This is such a relaxing space”. Super premium interior finishing with many hand made custom finishings. Very comfortable beds and seating areas. Views from every angle through the sliding window doors out to the spacious balcony to the private beach. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Mellisa our host was fantastic, always available with any requests and made our stay extremely comfortable. She had lots of great reconditions and scheduled cooks to come and cook is authentic local food in our kitchen. Cm which was delicious. We all enjoyed the city of La Paz, it’s very different from the more touristy destinations in Baja (we stayed in Sam Jose Cabo) but more authentically Mexican. Lots of local families plus expats and tourists out and about along the boardwalk. Tones of restaurants and bars to choose from high end to local street vendors and everything in between. We didn’t do any of the marine activities our kids are a little to young but we will definitely do that when we return!

Gran Estancia en La Paz
La estancia esta excelente, y la persona que nos atendió hablando de la reservación fue Mariana y tuvo una excelente actitud de servicio y fue muy servicial en cuanto a las atenciones brindadas y el trato. Se ofreció a reservar el coche por nosotros y poner algunos detalles por motivo del aniversario. Hizo muy placentera la estancia en La Paz y con muy buena actitud!

Peaceful environment
The place was very beautiful and the location ideal for a peaceful family holiday. The manager, Melissa, was very attentive and efficient. We will definitely go back.
