It's right across the street from the beach, so no car needed, bar and restaurant is literally a 3 to 4 minutes walk, so all of the party noise is far enough to not disturb you. “My stay was amazing! The staff was great and very friendly and welcoming. Wasn’t sure if I would get weird looks being a woman in a gay hotel but everyone was very nice. The room was smaller than I thought but still cute and clean. Hotel was a couple minutes walk from the event I was going to and the clubs in the hotel were too much fun! Will be back again! ”

“This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. “We love walking the beach and this location was perfect for that. Never had visited St Pete’s Beach until this stay. Made sure each day that we were walking the beach before 9 am to avoid the tattoo crowd. St Pete’s Beach is pretty tickey tack and commercial but the beach is beautiful in the morning. Access to the beach from this condo was easy. Go to Ft DeSoto Park for more pristine nature.”

“We usually choose the big hotels, but this was one of the coziest and most comfortable stays we have had anywhere in a very long time. Kathy, the General Manager was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful and accommodating to me and my family as we had a very late check in. She made sure that we had all the information we needed to access the hotel and our room. “What a perfect location to stay, walking distance to the Beach and Many bars and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Only short fall was the CATV was extremely slow and difficult to search due to the speed.”

"Esperienza pessima, la camera per quanto spaziosa era sporca con il bagno tutto rotto (non hanno voluta cambiarmela perché non ce ne erano altre disponibili; in realtà ce ne saranno state almeno 50 disponibilo vista la grandezza della struttura e le pochissime persone presenti). Appena arrivato una ragazza era alla reception reclamando che un tizio l'aveva minacciata con una pistola dentro l'hotel. La notte non si dormiva per via delle urla di gente che litigava "

"Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.. al ristorante il servizio è stato pessimo. Abbiamo chiesto un espresso e ci hanno dato il caffè americano dicendo che era espresso. Piscina piena di gente tutta ammassata e zero silenzio. In spiaggia non si potevano aprire gli ombrelloni e ci siamo scottati. L'unico servizio ottimo era il concierge. Heidi è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Per il resto, non ci tornerei. "
