Just like in the picture
Amazing location. In the apartment there is, all you need. Mackenzie Beach just 5 Minutes walk. I miss swimming in the pool at the evening.

Заказывали этот отель из-за близости к морю, озеру и аэропорту. На озере красиво в то время, когда прилетают фламинго. Море близко, но идти надо через стройки или пустыри. Есть три места для парковки авто. Хозяйка вначале пытается поселить в корпус напротив стройки. Проявите настойчивость, и тогда вас поселят в более удобный номер. Завтраки очень скудные.

The hotel is in a great place, has good wi fi and has a lot of parking spots but the towels were only changed twice during our 8 day stay.

Loved the layout and the view from number 15 (Salt Lakes). Plenty of room and amenities in the apartment. Nice pool and lovely family running them. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you did not want to go into Larnaca (about 30min walk). A couple of supermarkets also in walking distance where we were able to buy anything we required.

We stayed two weeks here and it was one of the only places that had a fabulous pool. It’s is family run and is the original hotel in the area. It has bigger hotels around it but this does not take away the uniqueness of this establishment. The meals they make have are so good many of the locals eat there. I had a fabulous time there and spent some happy times sitting in there bar at night meeting other travellers. They were incredibly helpful too. I give my stay 10/10. Loved it

Hotelli on pienen kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Myös paikallinen nähtävyys, suolajärvi, näkyy hotellille. Bussilla pääsee näppärästi Larnakan keskustaan. Hotellin ravintola on kehno, virvokkeita altaalle saa. Hyviä ravintoloita löytyy läheiseltä rannalta. Uima-allas on melko pieni, mutta hyvin siinä sopi niin lapset kuin aikuiset polskimaan. Kokonaisuutena hotelli oli toimiva ja hinta huokea.

Breakfast was bad quality. Summer season and not a tomatoe was offered. Coffee was tasteless diluted water. Cafe bar service was dismal. Only one employee was efficient.

Excellent price/quality ratio
You can feel if the people working in a place care about the place and their customers. The staff at this hotel cares. It's located a bit away from the centre, 20-30 minutes of walking, in a uninteresting neighbourhood, but only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and the nice promenade and restaurants south of the city centre. The room was quite big, had a kitchenette (with limited utensils), dining table, clean, no smells, everything worked and was OK, including wifi. Didn't try the TV. Aircon somewhat noisy. It's well maintained, a bit old-school and not fancy, but as I said - you can feel they take pride in doing things right, the service was friendly, attentive and professional. There is a bar with beer, drinks, snacks, small things for eating and plenty of TV screens with sports channels and more. Swimming pool. Did not have breakfast. A lot of stairs to the rooms. Would come back.

Super hyggeligt familieejet hotel, pænt og rent, med venlig personale. Deres køkken var dog ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men det var der. Hotellet ligger i et meget roligt område tæt på lufthavnen, og 2 - 3 minutters gang til stranden.

Absolut fuld valuta for pengene, Super hyggeligt lejlighedskompleks med terrasse eller balkon. Gode madrasser. Der er ca. 2,6 km ind til centrum, men lokalbussen holder 50 m derfra. Tæt på lufthavnen.

Minden nagyon kellemes és kényelmes volt. A személyzet udvarias, segítőkész. A tisztaság megfelelő, a törölközőket rendszeresen cserélik. A személyzet rugalmas. Very welcoming and accommodating. Small family hotel. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were cool both ceiling fan and air con, very spacious rooms with a patio area (with chairs and a table). Tv had no English channels but there was plenty to do. Table tennis, pool (snooker) and card games.

Próximo al aeropuerto.
Bueno: Te reciben a cualquier hora llamándoles por teléfono. Y la proximidad del establecimiento con el aeropuerto. Malo o a mejorar mucho: 1) La comodidad en las camas infantiles. 2) Que las habitaciones familiares con varias salas, que haya aire acondicionado en TODAS LAS SALAS, ya que pagas un suplemento de 7 euros por el aire. Es excesivo tener que pagar el aire acondicionado, ya que hacía muchísimo ruido y la sala contigua de la misma hab. ni se notaba. Hacía muchísimo calor. 3) No hay ascensores, con lo que te toca cargar con las maletas. 4) Ya que todas las ventanas tienen porticones, que la puerta de entrada a la habitación no sea con una parte de cristal translúcida. A las 5 de la mañana ya se veía perfectamente en toda la habitación. 5) No hay toiletries de baño. Sólo un jabón.

Dated, laid back hotel with nice pool & location
Despite being a dated Hotel, it is in quite good condition. The pool is very clean and the location is perfect for an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and even walking distance to the airport. The price offers good value for money. WIFI was adequate. However, "satellite" TV was useless. The 7 euro/ night extra charge for AC seems a bit excessive.

Great hotel close to beach
Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was close to beach and walk of about 20 mins into town with lots of places to eat on the way. Only mark down for me was the hotel food advertised as regional cuisine, this consisted entirely of the usual burger and chips etc. you can find anywhere and was the only small disappointment.

Adequate hotel that was good value for money.
The only minus point is that the toilet seat was cracked and not securely fastened down, this was not fixed despite being asked twice. The positives are that the apartments are absolutely fit for purpose, the rooms are adequate, the bar was good, the food was OK, and the location was ideal as it was quiet and a nice 20-minute walk into town. The main point to make is that it was good value for money.

Great accommodation in Larnaca!
Excellent accommodation near the beach. Very nice and large rooms which are equipped with everything you might need during your stay. 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and 10-minute drive to the city centre of Larnaca.
