Hello Pat, thank you so much for taking the time to provide your review and feedback. As you know we are located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. Like many large city downtown areas, ours can be a bit noisy. After all, we are in Las Vegas. We understand that many people seek out our property to enjoy the vibrant night life and excitement of the Fremont Street Experience just steps from our property. Some people enjoy the experience of being Downtown Las Vegas and others prefer the silence. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our mattresses in our rooms as all of our rooms are appointed with either 1 King or 2 Queen size beds that are 13 inch Pillow Top mattresses. We hope that we will have the chance to see you and welcome you back to the Downtown Grand again soon.
