La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata era pulita ma molto rumorosa in quanto in prossimità delle unità rsterne dei condizionatori . Fatto presente questo fatto alla reception, la camera è stata prontamente sostituita con una migliore posta al piano 26. Unico neo negativo la camera non è stata rifatta dopo la prima notte ( abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti)

Facilità di parcheggio all arrivo e posizione comoda per poi iniziare a camminare lungo las vegas bl!! Check-in e check-out organizzato bene, veloce ed efficace. Pulizia camera e bagno da migliorare Parcheggio nei servizi in fase di prenotazione dell albergo risulta incluso...pero poi invece devi pagare(specificare meglio questa voce in fase di scelta di albergo)

Over all it was good , there were two old wrist bands on the floor when we came in , the room was cleaned twice during our stay and not once were the bands cleaned up by staff

We really enjoyed our stay at NYNY. The rooms were in excellent shape, beds comfy. Our shower was super weak, but we had an adjoining room with friends so used their shower. The elevators wouldn’t always work to get to our floor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the location was excellent. Lots of options within the hotel and nearby. We would recommend to friends and stay here again.

For the price we paid we would have expected coffee/tea making facilities in the room. We asked for bowls and spoons to be sent up to the room so our children could have their bowl of cereal for breakfast - they wanted to charge us $18.95. Housekeeping don’t answer the telephone (we tried multiple times). The swimming pool closes at 6pm, but the rollercoaster (which was right outside our room) goes on until much later. The room was massive (we stayed in a Players Suite), but the bathroom was tiny. The room was very modern, but the bathroom suite was as very old and not nice at all.

We just stayed at NY NY and we had a blast. Food options were delicious. The center bar has great drinks, and we had a great time inside Coyote Ugly. The room looked renovated and it had a great view. The bed was super comfortable and we always had clean towels and hot water. We would definitely be returning. Also front desk rep Tiffany was super nice and gave me a birthday gift. Thank you!

Service cleaning is nice , rooms is not smoking , great , only 1 sink for 2 quests I don't like . No schedule buss, not good ,also the hotel looks old ,carpets hallway old,tables in the restaurants is not clean and much more....dosent feel 8.2 star hotel . It's far from Other hotel: Paris or Bellagio hotels.....to walk , because they fixing streets, the elevators is not working on the streets....Front desk people is nice , but lines is long only 1 Receptionist working in the front desk. People is friendly.receptionist working in the front desk. Pool is dirty on side walks garbage buy the pool area .

Was nit impressed with the room. Dirty towels in our room (was it even cleaned?) when we arrived. A bag of dirty towels in the hallway for a long time Drawer missing in dresser. Mentioned to front desk but was told “that was the style”. Too funny Food options at the hotel was good. Overall would not return

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms are. Lots of places to eat and lots to do there and in the area. We walked pretty much anywhere Only thing I didn’t like is I felt like we were being nickel and dimed to death. But I feel like that’s everywhere in Vegas. We’d stay again I think.

Our stay here was very nice. It was clean and restaurant choices were fine. One of the restaurants was short staffed with servers. The bartender had to wear many hats that night but kept his cool as we were all sitting at the bar ordering food. I would recommend this hotel.

I always love New York New York resort I was upset though because as I was checking out there was room service charges to my room for food and I explain to the hotel hostess that I never ordered room service they did take the charges off but I asked why the charges happen and the mistake was that sometimes people from other rooms call and mistaken the room number which is understandable but there needs to be a better structure on that because what if I paid it without realizing it or whatever the case be but the hostess was nice

The shower was terrible! No water pressure, water only covered a fraction of your body so you were freezing, couldn’t avoid having to step on extended floor drain which was painful. Fridge wasn’t cold at all and the nearest ice maker was 38 floors down.
