It was really noisy, could hear people late and well into the mornings leaving and or arriving back to their rooms, the beds and pillows are not comfortable could not park at property had to walk really far with baggage etc

Clean rooms but…., run down facilities, flooding if a slight rain happens where you can’t even get a taxi. Not a good restaurant or place to get a drink.

Went for the basic two queen room. No fridge or coffee maker. There was mold in the washroom and dust bunnies everywhere. The cleaning service had to be requested. Self parking garage flooded when it rained so had to park in the satellite parking lot and walk in. There were extra charges that were not included in the booking, but for that I blame expedia.

It was ok… the staff checking us in upgraded our room because we were getting married but didn’t educate the price so we paid 200$ more than we should have it was a surprise once we were charged after we checked out. Everything else however was amazing

Good location. Didn't care for the costume people harassing me every time I walked out the door. Some didn't even have a costume. Just asked me to shake their hand, but you know they wanted something.

Very few staff understand & know how to direct you. No map of the hotel to tell you where things are located. It takes a couple days to figure out which elevators will get you back to your car.

This property is in a very convenient location, it’s close to everything and it’s more affordable than most hotels in Vegas. The self check in kiosks are my favorite, never have had a problem.

It was our first time on this property. It was confusing as it shared public parking with the other area. The easy thing was the self check in and check out. I got the city view but didn’t received the room. I think the description is misleading but a room is a room. I think if you want to be in the center of the strip. This is the place to be. Cheap and convenient.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we noticed some things of concern. The toilet paper in our room was so loose the toilet paper kept falling off onto the floor. The paint in the bathroom was also peeling off of the wall. There was so much trash in and around the pool deck even at 9am right when they opened the doors.

After changing rooms twice due to a short circuiting light in the bathroom and tons of sticky drink spots on tables, stains on the sheets, and poor cleanliness overall we landed on our final room. Hallway lights flickering, AC filters were clogged so I had to clean it, and the manager during the whole situation was extremely rude and not helpful. I won’t stay here again.

The property and the room were modern and fun. The bathroom was ok, there was a little mildew in the shower. Overall, a very pleasant experience, would recommend to a friend or family member.

The staff was rude whenever I talked to them. Walls are thin and the maids would wake me up every morning with loud conversation in front my door (7am) and walking in my room after I told them no thank you. They need new staff the hotel beds were comfortable though. Also, the shower just collected water and I don’t like that. Wouldn’t stay again.
