“I had a very frustrating experience booking through Expedia, and I feel it’s important for others to be aware of how their third-party partnerships can impact your stay. In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard.”

“Hi. Nice room, air conditioner super loud woke me up all night. Beautiful hotel. There is no 24 hour airport shuttle falsely advertised on Expedia. Staff said they would credit me an Uber to the airport, and then they rescinded the offer so here I am writing a 3 star review. :) restaurant food is surprisingly really good and the bartenders are great! Breakfast pricing could use work. Refreshing atmosphere of solo people on business work trips here, made lots of new connections.”
