Bellissima struttura, immersa in un paesaggio fantastico. Tante le attrazioni e i giochi per i bimbi. Veramente l’ideale per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima la cena, come la colazione. Camera moderna e spaziosa. Da migliorare la pulizia della camera. Consigliato.

We loved our stay here! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The did was great. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed the spa. The room and shower was very clean and we slept great! Thank you !!!

Tolle Lage, mitten in den Bergen, mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Gutes Buffet mit ausreichender Auswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Saunabereich sorgt für gute Entspannung, leider war eine der drei Saunen außer Betrieb. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. In Summe ein toller und sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Mooie kamer met goede bedden, bureautje en inloopdouche. De kamer was vrij warm, maar heeft een groot raam dat open kan en we hadden geen last van vliegen of muggen. Goed ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet met ruime keuzes. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf hotel.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt! Sehr schönes Hotel! Modern, gepflegt und sehr sauber! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch Late Night check-in war absolut unproblematisch! Perfekter Ort für Wanderungen in der direkten Umgebung und um „zur Ruhe“ zu kommen. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen...danke! A Home from Home. Ein echtes Plus: Hunde sind hier auch willkommen!

Nice hotel in ski area
Nice hotel, good room. The evening buffet was good value. And the breakfast had a big spread. But the frase Mountain View, meant starring direct into the hill side. The road to the hotel was winding and hard to pass oncoming traffic.

작년에 이어 올해 두번째로 호텔을 예약했습니다. 어린이 친화 호텔이라서 가족단위의 투숙객이 많습니다. 가족 여행으로 방문하기 좋은 호텔이며 주변에 여름썰매를 즐길 수 있고, 리프트를 타면 산 위로도 올라갈 수 있습니다. 시골 산골에 위치한 호텔이라 주변에 편의시설은 거의 없지만 조용히 휴양하기엔 좋은 호텔입니다. 지은지 오래되지 않아서 호텔 시설은 깨끗하고 좋은 상태입니다. 개인의 취향에 따라 다르겠지만 아이들도 그렇고 저도 또 방문하고 싶어하는 호텔중의 하나입니다. 방문하실 분들은 주변에 마트나 편의시설이 거의 없으므로 미리 시내에서 다 준비하신 후에 호텔로 가시길 추천합니다. 자가용은 필수 이며, 하루 짧게 보다는 며칠 쉬면서 머리도 식히고 휴식하실 분들에겐 적극 추천합니다.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles in top Zustand, angenehm große Zimmer. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hab ich noch nicht oft erlebt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Macht weiter so!

Beim Check-in sind wir auf ein belegtes Zimmer zugeteilt worden und haben dort eine Familie überraschen müssen. An Tag zwei hatten wir kein warm Wasser. Es fehlten Sachen auf dem Zimmer und das Personal wirkte sehr gestresst und teilweise überfordert. Alles in allem eher Jungendherbergs-Flair. Leider etwas enttäuschend.

Liebe Nathalie, wir möchten uns entschuldigen, dass da einige Fehler passiert sind und möchten auch keine Ausreden dafür suchen. Wir werden und im Team besprechen, damit solche Vorfälle nicht wieder passieren. Die Heizung war auf Fehlermodus und an diesem Freitag kam der Monteur leider erst um die Mittagszeit. Sehr schönes Hotel vor ca 1 jahr neu erstellt. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Nur die Dame beim Frühstück war nervig und zum Teil etwas aggressiv. Dies jeden Morgen.

TOP Super Kurzurlaub!
Neues Hotel der JUFA Gruppe modern, sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Lift in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie die Sommerrodelbahn. Über die Gästekarte des JUFA bekommt man Rabatt an der Kasse. Wir hatten nur ÜF, haben uns entschieden den Aufpreis für HP zu bezahlen ( Kind 8 Jahre 13,00€ , EW 19€ am Tag) es war eine sehr gute Preis- Leistung und das Essen war echt lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Für uns war es ein toller Kurzurlaub, das Hotel kann man ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing view
Fantastic hotel with an amazing view. Clean rooms. There’s a small playroom inside for the kids and a table tennis room. We went hiking nearby and some routes can definitely work for hiking with kids. There’s one restaurant and since it’s not very easy to go down to the town for dinner we ate there. Good food although a bit expensive.
