Hi Abbie, I'm sorry the light was not working the problem was with the switch, which was intermittent, I can assure you it has now been fixed

Your Review says it all, we are not 5-star, but we try to do our very best with the longest continuously operating hotel in Australia to make your saty as enjoyable and productive as possible

We have a spare blanket and pillow in the wardrobe and reverse cycle, in future please raise it with staff, we are here to help

Sorry to hear that the noise was an issue, we have been fully booked for the last month and unfortunatly that means a lot of people in the hotel.

I find this quite offensive and also racist
