This guest had mobility issue. People like her should not make reservations in B&B unless she has the assurance the room is located on the first floor. B&B are mostly residential property with multiple floors. This guest was very frustrated and arrogant. Also, She arrived 3 hours before check in time. I explained to her I was cleaning and that check in time was 3pm as written on her Expedia contract reservation.

Misable, deplorable , unsophisticated , uneducated and ignorant guests, with no taste nor respect. We are very happy they they did not stay esspecially the lady. We are also very happy we protected ourselves and charged them the full amount. Those guests are just good for a cheap motel on the highway. Sad.

Those guests are thieves, they tried to leave without paying with a false credit card in Expedia record. I took their licence plate and I was ready to call the police. They finally paid with debit card. His name is John Vankara. Beware.

I tried my best to make those guests comfortable and welcome, but they were always complaining about everything. Those guests received the same excellent and quality service I provide to all my guests, but it was not enough. Those guests would have been happier staying in Howard Johnson and eat at Dairy Queen.
