Beautiful little studio apartment. Very clean, nice bedding, comfy mattress. Elegant decor and great bathroom. All amenities you would expect. So central - a bit noisy so you will need to close windows. But you are central on the Headrow so it’s what you would expect. I would recommend and will be back.

It’s not a hotel.. a cheap extended stay
This is not a hotel, it’s an extended stay place where most of the residents were there for a long time, like months. The whole ambience was of a cheap extended stay place. The rooms were however newly renovated so that was okay. For example, there was no one at the reception after 6pm. One night, my card didn’t work and I was petrified, however luckily after a few tries it did. The rooms were being cleaned only once in 4 days. Thankfully after calling twice, they gave me a change of towels. The entrance itself is off a small shanty lane between the two buildings. And it took me 10 minutes to figure that out. Overall a cheap motel experience, avoid unless you are getting these rooms for a a real cheap price.

Great Location!
Firstly, the location and value of Mansio Suites Headrow are both fantastic. It was great to have the extra space that a suite affords for a two night stay. The only gripe we had was with the kitchen amenities. The kitchen looks fancy but lacks several key things. There is an oven, but no baking trays or oven gloves. There is a sink and washing up liquid, but no plug. There are only two of everything (mugs, glasses, plates, bowls). And no microwave. So it seems like an opportunity missed. That aside, I would absolutely stay here again but would be mindful of the shortcomings of the kitchen.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We fell so lucky in finding it available last minute due to a huge mess up and inappropriate booking! The staff in reception were extremely welcoming, helpful and very chatty! They were also super understanding of our situation with a previous booking! The apartment was huge and spacious with a basic kitchen but one that met your needs for a self catered holiday. The family and I were extremely happy with our stay there.

No Air conditioning, the room was extremely hot, the windows only open 2 inches due to health and safety, we did have a fan, but it just blew hot air around the room. If it had air con, or it was winter I would stay again

The apartment was fine, but it was branded as “luxury” and didn’t meet expectations on that front. There were posh toiletries and a Brabantia bin, but otherwise it was quite basic. It was quite clean by pre-pandemic standards, but there was no evidence of any enhanced Covid cleaning - the hoovering had clearly been a rushed job as there was a hair ball by the side of the bed and sparkly bits on the floor. There didn’t appear to be air conditioning and the windows didn’t open enough to properly cool the room down. Cooking facilities were ok, but no microwave. We were also concerned by the apparent lack of covid-safe policies in these apartments. There were no signs about social distancing/wearing masks in communal areas, and the reception staff member was not wearing a mask. There was a sign about “limited reception hours due to covid” but without ventilation, mask wearing, distancing, and enhanced cleaning this seemed odd and unjustified. Finally, there seemed to be little consideration for the environment. There was no information about what to do with recycling, just waste bins in the room (we brought our recycling home), and toiletries were provided in little plastic bottles. This seems unacceptable in 2021 - I’m sure there would be a way to use refillable bottles and provide recycling facilities for the kitchen waste. To summarise, nothing terrible, but this really wasn’t luxury and should be marketed as a basic place to stay with appropriate price tag.

The hotel is very well situated, easy to find, and decorated to a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful and the extras in the fridge are a nice touch. My only complaint is the rooms on the side of the ally are ridiculously loud with outside noise. Mainly the bar opposite emptying bottles several times after 2am and clubbers walking home. This isnt the hotels fault but be the only reason i wouldnt stay again which is a shame.

Perfect stay, fantastic location
Stayed at the apartments recently, couldn't find a fault at all. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and had everything and more. The extra supplies was appreciated, shower was amazing as well as the little complementary soaps. We came as a couple and there is so much to do so close by all walking distance. We went to the Junkyard club over in the light and Miller and Carter all which was a stone throw away and shopping the following day again in waking distance. Perfect location easy to find, Quick check in and deposit returned promptly. This place I would highly recommend we will certainly be coming to stay again.

However heating didn't work, TV about to fall off the wall, duck feather pillows only available (not the best if you're allergic), no one available to address any problems after 8pm, room phone was broken, shower not overly clean and carpet coming up by bathroom/living room join.

A lovely warm friendly welcome once we arrived at the Mansio suites (after driving around Leeds for an hour trying to navigate the loop round and one way system?!) We didn’t manage to take advantage of the parking at the apartments as we never managed to end up on the right road but parked in a Q park which was v near and was given a 25% off ticket at Mansio reception which was a bonus! Nice and easy check in, lovely atmosphere and very quiet. The room exceeded expectations, beautifully designed and laid out with some added extras such as the coffee machine and robes, which is always a nice surprise. We stayed in our suite before getting ready to go out for a surprise party then a meal and everywhere we’d chosen was in a reasonable walking distance. Check out was also nice and quick with our deposit returned within hours, would definitely recommend a stay here, we’ll worth the money spent.

Great, but not 5 star great
Considering the 5* rating, I had higher expectations. There room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t work. You could hear other residents walking on tiled floors and noise outside meant it wasn’ta peaceful night. The cleanliness wasn’t the standard you’d expect for 5*. That said it’s got a luxury feel to it and is a comfortable place to stay

Fantastic top quality Apartment
Fantastic stay. The apartment was more than we could have expected and it's in a great location - five minute walk from train station. The kitchen & dining area contained everything you need and all good quality. Great bedroom area and bathroom. We had a great time. Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next stay in Leeds.

Overall stay was good. It was hard to find at first as its behind a pub in an alley way. Also, there is no parking for guests as you have to park somewhere else for almost 25£ a day.
