“Très beau triplex merveilleusement situé dans une rue adjacente aux Champs Élysées. Il est dans une cours intérieure donc on est au calme et le premier metro est à juste 5min à pied. Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. Demande faite à l'improviste et acceptée sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !”

“The property is uniquely situated within 2 minutes of the arc de triomphe and the Champs Elysées. the ligne 6 of the metro station is 30 seconds away as well whichw as very convenient. The apartment comes with a fridge, dishwasher and washer which was amazing. The bathroom was also renovated and was great. Overall a great experience.”

It is minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner are very kind and helpful, and gave us plenty of useful info on how to best enjoy our stay. “We were a family of 9 of all ages (grandma to grandchildren). The inner courtyard was nice to provide some space for us. This home is clean, but dated. Also 2 of the rooms are in the upper most area and the “stairs” to them are more like a bunk bed ladder. Everything worked great, though one of my nieces got locked in the bathroom for awhile when the older lock wouldn’t open. All around it’s a fine place to stay and everything you need is just a short walk away.”

Unbeknownst to me while we were flying the property manager had sent us a new contact person via email. No harm no foul we were able to make the necessary arrangements for access to the rental. When we went to shower after a long flight, the showerhead in the main bathroom was broke. We reached out to the property owner who immediately accused us of breaking it, claimed we were not...
