Hi Mike, once again I am very sorry that you all had this experience. I contacted the guest twice (via the platform messaging system and cell phone) after you reached out to me. An hour later I reached back out to you to see if the issue was resolved and I got no response. For clarification this unit is part of a duplex which has two sides that do not connect with each other. I was out of town this specific night and had no way of approaching the property. But based on review of the outside cameras there were no unregistered guests or vehicles detected in the other side so it is unfair to say there was a “party” with only 4 people on the property. One may refer to it as a disruptive guest. Again I apologize for your experience and thank you for taking the time to review the property.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for the feedback. I can assure that there have been no pets in the unit and the furniture is vacuumed and disinfected in between each stay. I am allergy to animals myself and clean the unit a majority of the time unless work interferes. Which is why I enforce a no pet policy. I apologize for your experience, I wish you would have reached out directly to me about this concern when it occurred during your stay. Best, Cassidy
