Beautiful Views
We stayed for our daughters graduation from U of SC. We were worried about the distance but it was not a problem. The host was great and accommodating. It made the whole trip so easy. We thought it was a perfect spot. We loved many things fresh eggs, grill, pool, paddle boards and all the areas to sit and enjoy the outside.

Amazing week at the lake
Had such a great time at this lake house. House had everything we needed. On the water and super quiet but close to town if you need anything or want to grab dinner. Pool, cabana and dock were in great shape and we spent most of our time outside. Tim was perfect host.

Everything & More!
This beautiful lakefront home was everything we hoped for, and more. It was perfect for 4 adults and a few guests throughout the week. Multiple seating and activity areas, a fabulous large screen porch (with outdoor dining table), lower covered deck seating and grill, fully stocked kitchen, plus abundance of other amenities. The pool and cabana were our happy place, and the lakefront view was the cherry on top! A fabulous home, in every way.

This was one of our best family vacays. House was great, cabana/pool area was relaxing and the boat was beautiful! The host was the most available, helpful host we’ve worked with. He accommodated our every request/need. Convenient location although who would want to leave?

Fantastic family get away!
Our experience at this property on Lake Murray was outstanding! The home has spectacular views and just the perfect space for our family as we traveled to the area to celebrate our son’s graduation from USC. From the minute we expressed an interest in renting this home, Tim was so helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were set for our week! We highly recommend adding the pontoon boat! It is super easy to manage and there is so much to see and do on the lake…not to mention the sunsets…WOW! We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and know we will be back!

Amazing Oasis
This property was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! It had everything we needed and more. The best part was how great the host Tim was. Anything we needed even meeting us at the marina to hop aboard our boat and ride over to his house. We will be going back for sure next year.

Everything we hoped for
We were attending a wedding near the property and didn’t want to stay at a hotel, so booked this property. Throughout the weekend we continued to be so thankful we chose this home instead of a hotel. It is exactly as described, very welcoming, clean, comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. We had my husband and I, another couple, and our 3 grown children and our son’s girlfriend. Everyone had their own rooms and more than enough space. We spent most of our time in the pool area, the swing was my husbands favorite place to relax. It is just so peaceful. We enjoyed paddle boarding, the float, the pool…and I would be remiss without mentioning how cool the chickens are! The host was very helpful and immediately responded to questions. Everything we needed was there - kitchen tools, towels, etc. Just cannot say enough about what a wonderful place this is!

Special Weekend
Our daughter was getting married in Irmo, SC. Our group of friends who we have known for over 30+ years were all coming in for the wedding. It is also the year all of our husbands turned 65. I found the house on VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for us! The pool, lake, boat, chickens 😁 you never had to leave the property. It was a beautiful wedding and we surprised our husbands with an impromptu Private Chef cooked dinner to celebrate their birthdays. The weather was amazing, the house was amazing and being with family and our dear friends for a special weekend was priceless. Thank you, Tim for providing this wonderful stay. You are a great host!

Highly recommend
Could go on forever but I’ll try to be brief. Could not have been more pleased with the house. We actually never left the property, except to go out on the lake everyday, of course! The pool and patio was everything it looked to be in the picture. Owner was great with communication. Loved it so much we’ve decided to pursue a lake house ourselves. In hindsight, made this a damn expensive vacation! Hah! But this house was worth it.

Unbelievable
This place was absolutely incredible! I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and own 7 myself and this was my favorite. The house was as clean and well stocked/furnished as my own home. And the view itself is worth every penny. The photos don't do it justice. There's an incredible sunroom that overlooks the yard, pool and lake. I'd wake up every morning and watch boats go by. We definitely plan on coming back. Please do yourself a favor and visit this million dollar view property.

Amazing Getaway,
My family stayed at the house for 4 days. Wish it was more. We had a terrific time. The house is fantastic, the view of the lake and the pool along with the boat is exactly as pictured. Small piece of heaven for a few days. The chickens were fun to see running around. The host was so responsive and provided everything we needed for the stay. We will be back. Thanks Tim and family for allowing us to be in your home.

Amazing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you want a clean home with all the amenities this is the place. Besides the lake views and pool we were impressed with the landscaping.

Great family vacation
Tim made it so easy for us to enjoy his lovely home. He left no stone unturned to make sure we had every thing we needed for a great family get together. Property is close to everything but still secluded. The pool is fantastic as is the nearby cabana.

Beautiful home, amazing views and wonderful hosts!
I don’t know where to begin because everything was perfect with our stay! We reserved the lake house for our daughter’s college graduation so we could host our family all in one location. Tim was very gracious in the weeks prior with his suggestions for catering, answering questions, setting out serving trays, outdoor table and chairs, providing the corn hole set and making sure we we had everything we needed to celebrate this special occasion. We even had fresh eggs from the chickens on the property! We rented the pontoon boat which was an added plus to our vacation and enjoyed the time on the water and beautiful sunsets! Although we spent most of our time outside, the house was immaculate and perfect for hosting our family. One of our favorite spots was sitting on the bed swing in the pavilion, especially first thing in the morning watching the sunrise and enjoying a cup of coffee. The neighborhood was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to town for a quick trip to get groceries. We were spoiled for the 5 days we stayed and blessed to have that time with family at such an amazing property with extraordinary hosts! We hope to stay again!

Great house for all ages with a beautiful view.
The owner was amazing. He did everything to make our experience a great one and made sure we had everything we needed. There was something for all ages to do. Everyone loved our Thanksgiving at the lake and said they wanted to do it again.

Perfect Lake Getaway
Lovely home and amazing lake front property. Early morning coffee in the sitting room with the perfect view of the lake, to swinging in the cabana, to pool swimming with a view this property did not disappoint. The wildlife provided constant entertainment during our stay as well.

Awesome Family Vacation
We had an absolutely awesome vacation with the family. Tim, the owner, made us feel so welcome. If I had a question on anything, Tim responded right back. Everything, the house, pool, property, cabana, and boat were perfect! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. I remember when I walked in the house and looked out at the property and the lake - it was breathtaking! The chickens were a big hit with the littles (grandchildren)! They loved letting them out of their coop every morning and collecting those eggs. I could have not asked for a better vacation with my family. I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying at this home again. There is everything you need at this home - we never really left. Tim was a wonderful person to work and communicate with! The Perfect Getaway for Family
We cannot stress enough how enjoyable Tim made our stay. Super responsive, all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. First and foremost, his home is GORGEOUS! Sparkling pool with floats and outdoor cabana with swing made it easy for babies and kids to lounge in the shade. Pontoon boat was perfect for trips out on the lake, the dock is only feet from the house in a private little cove. We wanted for nothing - the house was fully equipped with everything needed for a great family vacation. We made lasting memories here and it was owed mostly to the fantastic host and beautiful property! If we could give note stars, we would.

Amazing weekend get away

Great Labor Day Weekend
Beautiful property on a wonderful lake. Gorgeous lake views but with a lot of privacy. The house was immaculate and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Just absolutely beautiful inside and out
The owners are awesome! There wasn't a question that wasn't already answered before we even got there. The home is beautiful inside and out, even though we spent most of our time outside because it was beautiful and the weather was georgous. The views were beautiful from every angle at anytime of the day or night. The chickens were great entertainment as well! The home is pretty much stocked with everything you need and I can't say enough about how comfortable the beds are. Just a great place all the way around! The owners are very blessed people to have such a beautiful home and we definitely hope to come back!
