Hi Vicki, thanks for taking the time to review your stay - I'm sorry it didn't quite meet your expectations. As with many hotels the extra 50 is just a security hold that is released from your card upon check-out should you not charge anything to your room, I apologize that this was not explained properly at check-in. I will certainly follow-up with our restaurant on how we speak to our guests as this was far from the standard that we hold ourselves to.
