Struttura comoda e pulita in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale. Vicino metro, ristoranti, negozi. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Solo alcuni piccoli dettagli possono essere migliorati: manca il frigobar e una sedia.

Consigliatissimo
Ottima soluzione per chi deve soggiornare a Lisbona. L'hotel ha un garage interno essenziale per la zona dove, tra macchine in doppia fila e sul marciapiede, è impossibile trovarne uno disponibile. L'unico problema è capire quale sia l'ingresso del parcheggio perche non segnalato (è il portellone giallo chiaro/dorato). La mia camera al quarto piano era molto grande, presente phon, ferro da stiro con asse, bagno ampio. Tutto pulitissimo. Wifi funzionante. Temperatura della stanza idonea. Ho dormito benissimo. La colazione buona e diversificata. La zona ha diversi ristoranti raggiungibili a 5 min di passeggita. La metro per il centro (linea blu) o per l'aeroporto (linea rossa) si raggiunge con 15 min di passeggiata.

Prima volta a Lisbona
Hotel nuovissimo in linea con gli standard garantiti da Holiday Inn. Posizione ottima in bel quartiere ben frequentato e ricco di ristoranti di vario tipo ed etnia. Ottima l accoglienza e la disponibilità, validissime le stanze, i materassi ed il silenzio. Ottima per qualità e varietà la colazione con salato e presenza di dolci locali. L' hotel dispone anche di un garage annesso ma non l'ho utilizzato perché all'arrivo ho subito trovato parcheggio proprio davanti all'hotel. Petr posizione, qualità del soggiorno e rapporto qualità prezzo...ci tornerei anche domani.

Check-in facile et courtois. On nous a donné accès à notre chambre à midi au lieu de 15h00. C’était très apprécié. La chambre était propre. Le quartier était tranquille et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire. Tout nous a semblé cinq étoiles.

Our room did not have AC. I called down straight away and was told that it would be turned on. A couple of hours later I called back down as it was still quite warm. I was told it would be addressed. 2 minutes later, I got a call back that the AC was not working for our room and that we could change rooms. We were already in bed and set up so that was not a reasonable option. The next morning I was told that there was no AC on the 5th floor as they are transitioning the system from heat and that the person I spoke with should have known that. I asked why we were put on that floor if the AC wasn’t working. The person at the desk had no answer. The supervisor was not in. I honestly believe that when you book through a third party, you are not treated with the same respect or given the same level of service. Twice now I’ve not been happy with rooms booked through Expedia. I was shocked as generally Holiday Inn is quite good. I asked for my money back and was told I would have to email the supervisor once back in Canada.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 300 Meter von der Metro-Station Saldanha entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind o.k., das Bad geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, trotzdem ausreichend, mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Typically American hotel, nothing fancy, convenient location and parking for us. Underground parking nearby, we paid 12.50 for 8,5 hours , hotel parking is 14$ overnight. Good breakfast. I have seen mostly American and Canadian guests. Small room , view to street. Shower only. Comfortable bed. Everything was good.

Great modern option well located within the city. It is nice to have a modern bathroom. The free breakfast is varied and very good. We will return.

Overall, great place to stay. Clean, do not hear street noise. Front desk staff helpful and excellent breakfast. Close to metro station. A couple of downsides: walls between rooms not very thick, so some noise comes through and air in room controlled centrally, so was a bit warm. Would stay again.
