We do not know whether or not you actually made the complaint.In this review, you mention the disappearance of other items, which you never mentioned when you reported the case to reception.We are surprised that you had such a negative experience and were so traumatized by the disappearance of your belongings and yet you made a second booking with us, staying for a total of 6 nights.Best regards,
