Viaggio di piacere famiglia con due bambini... L’appartamento molto confortevole , elegante , check-in facile e veloce . Unico neo, i molti locali nella zona rendono la notte “viva”.. se si hanno figli la notte si vorrebbe solo riposare .... Palazzo molto carino .piacevole rientrarci dopo una giornata lunga .

hotel pulito e comodo
hotel facile da trovare e raggiungere,arredato in maniera minimal ma moderno ed efficente.nell intorno,si trovano parecchi locali dove poter mangiare,e volendo si è a due passi dal mercato dove poter fare la spesa, o trovare pasti già pronti da consumare in loco o in camera. l hotel è pulito,sia i servizi che le stoviglie in dotazione, la nostra camera era provvista di phon ed anche di stendino ed addirittura di ferro da stiro con tanto di tavola.il personale è attento e disponibile. un giudizio più che favorevole.

Such a great experience staying here. The amenities are excellent and the staff ate great. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Great restaurants located all around the neighbourhood and walking distance to multiple sites to see. Highly recommend.

Too noisy during night. Lots of people on the street every night made lots of loud noise, horned the car and playing music and shout. We couldn’t sleep, it was terrible.

This is NOT a luxury place. Be aware! The building itself is like a maze, when we finally reach to the apartment as you opened the door you see a chair in one of the bedrooms all peeling off and that was only the start from there the beds and all the other chairs were peeling off. No blankets were found in the apartment and when the concierge was contact no help was given. The place was so bad that we decided to leave Portugal earlier than expected. If you are looking for luxury this is NOT the place at most this will be a 3 start place.

Very good location to everything. Walking distance to shopping areas, food areas, grocery stores, train station is convenient. We stayed on the forth floor, not noisy when windows are closed. We had our room bedsheets and towels changed the once during the 5 days we stayed. The amenities in the room were all in working condition includimg the coffee machine, kettle etc. beautiful view from the 4th floor and felt very safe as it's a card key access to enter lifts and corridors. Very simple check-in and kept up to date with emails etc.

The service at the establishment was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The manager we encountered was extremely impolite and uncooperative. When we requested for someone to come and change our bedsheets and provide us with towels, she outright refused. She even went as far as shouting that the premises were not a hotel and that we were required to pay for any extra amenities. It was quite concerning that she expected us to pay for clean towels, considering that we had booked the room for three nights. Additionally, her behavior was very problematic, and we felt that it was rooted in racism.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, amplio, cómodo y acogedor, cerca de muchos sitios de interés y conectado con todo el transporte, las personas de la recepción muy atentas y serviciales el único inconveniente es que para resguardar las maletas si tu avión sale tarde te cobran 5 euros por maleta; fuera de eso todo excelente 👌

Très bon séjour au Lisbon Five Stars Apartments 8 Building début janvier. Contrairement à certains avis que j’avais pu lire et qui m’avaient fait douter de notre choix d’hébergement, tout s’est très bien déroulé, de la communication avant notre arrivée au départ. L’appartement est très bien fourni et ne manque de rien. Il est situé dans une zone accessible en transports en commun (bus/tram/metro/ferry) et a quelques pas de restaurants. Le personnel a été très agréable et reactif à toutes nos demandes. Je recommande donc vivement cet établissement.

Great location and very comfortable hotel room. The starf was really accommodating. Only problem is the street noise. Even with the windows closed, we can hear people talking in the street and all the activities in the restaurants nearby.

This is my 2nd time staying here. We had a nice, big 2 bedroom apartment in a prime location. It is close enought to walk to many places of interest and there is a subway/train stop right across the street. Amazing places to eat including the rooftop bar and restaurant, Java, on the 5th floor of this building. Time Out Maket is right there as well as several others with indoor and outdoor dining options.

Apartamento novo e incrível. A recepção para os apartamentos não é logo na entrada, mas super fácil acesso. A equipe é atenciosa e muito prestativa. A localização é ótima, próximo ao Cais do Sodré (o que facilitou para visitarmos Cascais), próximo ao ascensor da bica (que pudemos subir para o centro). Para o café da manhã, utilizamos a Padaria Portuguesa (também próxima). Região com muitos restaurantes e vida noturna agitada. Confesso que um pouco barulhenta, mas voltaríamos com certeza, considerando a nossa satisfação com o apartamento e com as facilidades ao redor.

Wow! This hotel checked off every box for me. The value for the quality room, location and service was on point. The hotel is in front of “time out” which is a indoor food market with great dining selections. Also, the rooms are well appointed and spacious. What put my experience over the top was the service. The check in was painless and the management was always available. Unfortunately I lost my key and at 12 at night and instantly I got a replacement. Additionally, the concierge was amazing as they gave great recommendations from dining to entertainment. Both on the beaten path and places that only locals know about. Touché!

Close to Time Out Market!
The apartment was large and spacious and our family of 4 adults had sufficient space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped with all our family needed. The closeness to Time Out Market was a huge benefit.

Lovely location
Great location, beautiful apartment, once checked in there all communications stopped. We tried to book airport return shuttle and the hotel stopped responding. Other then that it was a great stay!

It’s a good place to stay
It has a great location, just nearby Time Out Market, close to any any type of public transit stations. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable with a small kitchen and big living room.
