Le assicuriamo che il nostro team di manutenzione ne è stato informato per risolvere il problema quanto prima. Ci scusiamo per le imperfezioni riscontrate nella pulizia di alcune parti dell'appartamento. Abbiamo immediatamente informato il responsabile del dipartimento di housekeeping in modo tale che possa prendere i provvedimenti necessari a garantire il rispetto dei nostri elevati standard qualitativi.Le porgiamo le nostre scuse, inoltre, per la comunicazione non ottimale con la reception.
