Dear Matt,Although we sincerely regret reading that your stay at La Bobadilla fell short of your expectations, we are grateful for the time you spent to share this feedback of your overall holiday experience among us as we certainly believe that there is always room for improvement and your constructive feedback is very much appreciated.First of all, we are glad to read that, in general terms, you loved the hotel and also the nice words you had about our team. We are sure those words will encourage them to keep working the same way. Regarding both of your incidents, we deeply regret your perception of the room and its location and we are sorry that due to the capacity of the hotel did not leave us more possibilities than offer changing to a room that did not convince you either. Again, we are sorry about the perception that you had from the room and for future stays we will try to assign you a room that fits more to your preferences.On the other hand, regarding the issue at “La Finca”, we are surprised about the misunderstanding with the drinks. We apologize if you had the feeling that we weren’t giving you all the necessary information. We also want to comment you that our hotel has all the complete information about our services on our website and in our app and we would like to take the opportunity to explain that the restaurant has 2 different menus with two different prices and we offer an extra service of wine pairing.
