Nice and comfortable hotel very close to the rail station in Ilford. People working there are very friendly, the hotel is clean and situated in a quiet zone.

Buona posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Buona posizione vicino alla fermata Tfl Rail con collegamenti frequenti e veloci per il centro di Londra. Camere Piccole ma confortevoli. Mancanza di climatizzazione delle stanze. Colazione buona, anche se poca scelta di dolci. La moquette e presente ovunque, sia nella aree comuni che nelle stanze. Per l'igiene e la pulizia sarebbe meglio una pavimentazione diversa.

Grazioso albergo a due passi dalla stazione del treno e con di fronte la fermata degli autobus, ottimo per chi vuole spendere il giusto e trovarsi comodamente a nemmeno 30 min dal centro di londra. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la colazione merita, in perfetto stile English breakfast . Mi sono trovata molto bene.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere centro, stazione a due passi. Ottimo compromesso qualità/prezzo.Camere confortevoli e pulite. Migliorabile la professionalità del personale di sala, poco sorridente. Pulizia zona colazione da migliorare, tovagliette appiccicose.

Comodo ma senza comfort
Hotel pulito, dimensioni della camera ridotte ma comunque confortevoli per essere a Londra. Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata soprattutto al piano secondo; la camera era molto calda e la temperatura quasi insopportabile.

L'hotel è carino, camera un Po piccola, ma chi se ne frega noi andavamo li solo a dormire..l'unico difetto li e la zona poco raccomandabile pieno pieno di etnie diverse da avere paura a tornare in albergo troppo tardi. Cmq per il resto tutto molto bene

Personale gentile,buona pulizia.
Sono arrivata in albergo e la signorina alla recepion,mi ha fatto notare che nel soggiorno non era compresa la colazione,nonostante avessi telefonato a Expedia per confermare che ci fosse.Ho chiamato un operatore di Expedia e mi dice che me la rinborseranno.LA signorina dopo un po' ha detto all'operatore che andava bene e che mi avrebbero dato la colazione.Ho pensato che ,essendo Londra e loro sono molto precisi e severi, l'hotel deve aver fatto un grosso sforzo per accontentarmi e questo mi ha reso felice.

E' andata ...
Sicuramente per Londra ė un albergo più che dignitoso, ma per Best Western mi aspettavo di più. Ho viaggiato con mio marito e ci hanno dato una camera in teoria matrimoniale. Il letto doppio era attaccato sotto la finestra, che per aprirla o chiuderla ti dovevi arrampicare sullo stesso. La camera era letteralmente un forno (non perché fossero accesi i riscaldamenti, ma perché il sole batteva sulla finestra), nessuna aria condizionata. Ho chiesto alla reception se possibile per un ventilatore e mi è stato risposto che purtroppo erano già stati dati tutti via agli altri ospiti del 3° piano, comunque quando siamo ritornati più tardi dopo una passeggiata abbiamo trovato il ventilatore in camera. Il bagno era grande e pulito. Aveva una bella doccia "walk-in" grande. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, era full English breakfast . Ė stata molto buona a parte le "poched eggs " che, secondo me, erano troppo cotte ed il Turkish bacon, che bacon non era di sicuro, era tipo una sorta di coppa che hanno fritto e che non ho gradito. Tutto il resto andava benissimo. L'albergo si trova molto vicino alla stazione di Ilford, comodo per arrivare al centro di Londra. Che dire, noi abbiamo pagato una tariffa agevolata, che sicuramente non avremmo avuto gli stessi servizi in un "albergo " più centrale.

Buona sistemazione ad Ilford
Piccolo albergo ma molto curato con personale gentile. Situato ad Ilford, non una bellissima zona sopratutto la sera ma molto comodo in quanto è a 100 dalla stazione per cui in 10 minuti si è a Liverpool Street. Si può mangiare la tipica colazione inglese.

BUON HOTEL...
Buon hotel, ottimo staff ( sempre disponibili,gentili e cordiali) eccellente pulizia e buona colazione! L'hotel è ben collegato con stazioni bus e metro. Non è centrale ma si raggiunge tutto con faciltà. La zona non è bellissima di notte ma consiglierei questo hotel a chi cerca un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ma che è disposto a muoversi con i mezzi per raggiungere il centro.

We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience.

Best Western har flere bygninger den jeg ble vist til ligger i Argyle Road ikke langt fra Cranbrook Road. Stille og rolig gate ikke noe støy verken ute eller inne. Kun noen hundre m fra Ilford Station.

I had a reservation to start at greater London best western, however I was placed in a different location best western on argyle rd. That hotel room was old, best down with disturbances day and night. I was asked to switch hotels last night to actual greater London best western day before check out last minute. It was a major inconvenience to make me switch hotels last minute. I am requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience.

I found all the staff to be friendly. I did have a problem, which was sorted out. But, when the problem came back, the receptionist wondered if I'd done it (which wasn't true).

I was asked £50 deposite on arrival, the person who was at the reception said if im not willing to deposit £50 that i have to leave the property in a very harsh manner, already the amount i paid for a single night (£179) is extremely expensive for a very small room like that. I also been told on arrival breakfast serve until 10am in the morning considering that went downstairs at 9:45am however the person in the kitchen said they stopped serving at 9.30am. Very expensive price for a poor customer service and room quality

The description said free parking first come first served but in reality they only have 8 to 10 spaces approx then you have to park on the street but as it’s single yellow line only from 630 pm . If this was in the description I wouldn’t have stayed here .

When booking I thought I was coming to stay at a Best Western hotel. Sadly it was Best Western by name only. The room small but was ok for a night. It was a little further out from central London than I thought but a little more research would of corrected this. There is no bar to enjoy a relaxing drink and your breakfast area is in the recpetion area. We booked breakfast thinking it was going to be a full english as photographed on their website. However cereal, toast, jams , fruit, cheese & hard boiled eggs was all that was on offer. If a full english was available we werent told. We were informed of breakfast times but nothing more than this. We arrived very late so at the time we werent aware that the reception area was our breakfast area, we werent told this either. Upon arrival they take a deposit which im ok with. However, on leaving you are then told it will take 3-5 working days to be returned to you which im not happy about. In todays world of technology there are better ways to secure these desposits without leaving the customer £50 out of pocket for almost a week. If your looking for a stop gap for a night its fine & if you want a basic breakfast its fine but sadly not Best Western at its best.

Good location - real friendly staff - room was good but dirty in places - shower had a real old plaster stuck on handle - dust everywhere on skirting boards - I really hurt my toe walking from room to shower from the fixing on a door bar - see pics but other than that good stay

I drove down 4 hours from my home place there wasn’t enough parking and I explained to the hotel prior to booking that I wanted enough parking for 2 vehicles as I would used the hotel all the time That wasn’t the case when I got there I checked in for one hour and drove 4 hours home I was very disappointed

Okay for the price
Lovely reception with nice (although small) clean room. The only issue I have is the bed, the bed needs upgrading. I have a back pain which has started to heal, but one night on the bed made my back pain worse.

Low standard I’m afraid
The staff is friendly. That’s pretty much it. The toilet was dirty, doors, door frames, walls were clearly not cleaned ages ago. Rusty stuff in the shower. The parking is not exactly next door. I was given a slip to a parking that was locked. You can hear everything that goes on on the rooms next door.

Gentlemen that booked us in was lovely, welcoming and made you feel at home, room was clean and basic but everything you need, small ish but good enough for our weekend break, quiet and staff were helpful, would stay again
