Touch down for business
Very clean and comfy little hotel in strategic location. I was there for business so I didn’t use much of the amenities. Breakfast was good and staff very nice. Will be back

Rooms very small and not tidy
It’s unacceptable in Covid time to find a room not perfectly clean. This is also made worst by some scruffy items in urgent need of replacement. The room are also really small, more than it appears in the pictures. Hotel not reccomended

Great Staff and Excellent Location
First I want to say that the staff was amazing!! Very helpful in many ways! The hotel is in a perfect location…across the street from a park and in walking distance to many restaurants and the Holborn tube stop. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location and amazing staff!!
The staff were so helpful and amazing! They helped us on many occasions! It was very easy to check in and the location of this hotel is perfect. It's a quick walk to many places and very close to the Holborn metro stop. I would stay again!

We were given a subterranean basement room with no window. So no natural light. Noisy early in the morning. Hotel unable to provide another room. All in all disappointing. Would not recommend.

午前中に着いたので荷物だけ先預けようと思って行ったら、チェックインできますよ。と言ってくれました。ありがたかったです。一階にコーヒー紅茶あったので、着いたその日からくつろげました。部屋も明るくて広く公園が見えとてもくつろげました。またロンドン行ったら泊まりたいと思いました。

Very nice hotel for the money. Close to Holborn Underground Station and British Museum, and you can walk to Strand/Covent Garden/Leicester Square etc in 15 minutes. Very safe area.

We got a room with a slanted roof. Very uncomfortable and small for 2 people. We had no blackout curtains just a sheer curtain. There were pigeons lots of pigeons around our angled windows that crowed all night. We barely slept. Our thermostat didn’t work. We had to call front desk to reset everyday. Overall bad experience.

Good location close to tube stations and walkable to tourist areas and west end shows. Quiet (10th floor). Close to groceries and coops for snacks. Roasters Redemption coffee shop nearby for yummy baked goods. Downside is the bathroom sliding glass door. When light turned on during the night the entire hotel room lights up.

Comfortable and would stay again
Friendly staff greet you to walk you through the iPad check in, this didn't work so they had to check us in anyway but it was all done quickly. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfortable bed and plenty of room for you to work, or do yoga with the mat provided! There are free water dispensers on each floor with bottles provided, which was a nice touch and there are also free coffee making facilities in reception (and your room). This was a great hotel, very comfortable and would stay again.
