Ottimo Hotel in posizione ottima
Sono arrivato in questo hotel la mattina presto e nonostante la camera la assegnassero dalle ore 15 è stato possibile fare il check in (molto veloce) e depositare il bagaglio avendo quindi possibilità di iniziare la visita della città in tutta comodità. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Hollborn (uscendo dalla metro si gira a destra e si procede sempre dritto) ed è in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione a Londra. La camera , molto silenziosa, era di generose dimensioni e confortevole. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione, sia inglese che continentale. E' presente anche un ristorante alla carta per la cena. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Pessimo hotel
Sono gold member di Hilton e la camera 435 è la peggiore mia vista tra Hilton e affiliati. Piccola da non aprire la valigia nonostante fosse matrimoniale , pareti in legno sul corridoio e rumori da tutte le parti. Bagno veramente deficitario e vecchio con infissi anni 70. Veramente una pessima esperienza.

Excellent Hotel in the heart of London
Excellent structure in the heart of central London. Nice and clean Room with all the comforts (a part from the minibar). Room was reasonably sized, small but comfortable. Excellent costumer service, overall environment very nice.

Perfect stay.
From check in to check out this 3 weekday stay was perfect. Check in quick. Room very clean and comfortable. Bar and food reasonably priced and seating area perfect. Service very good and everyone pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent with so much choice.

We thought being a Hilton the standard would be good but sadly not. We booked a family room and it wasn’t great especially for the price of £300 a night. The pull out bed was in such bad condition it was like sleeping on concrete and you could feel every bar and spring. The aircon unit was faulty and sounds like someone was snoring the whole time plus the light on the dial on the wall was flashing all night lighting up the room. The windows were not safe as they opened up full and a child could fall out of them. Room was very dated and felt run down, curtains were all different lengths and the fridge didn’t work. Also the shower went from burning hot to freezing cold and it was dribbling out so took forever to have a shower whilst trying not to burn your skin. We didn’t sleep at all so I’d suggest paying a bit more and having a good night sleep so your next day isn’t ruined. The location was good for us but that was about all I can say was good.

First room we were sent to smelled bad and toilet didn’t flush (110) 2nd room (209) was right by external noisy unit- air conditioning or something. Breakfast was adequate to mediocre. Shower was hot. People in next room were having a physical and very loud fight but hotel staff attended quickly. Overall very underwhelming and comes off a bit of a rough place.

Good choice for location
Excellent location only a few minutes from Holborn tube and a 10 minute walk from Covent Garden. Service was welcoming and friendly although it was disappointing that the front desk was poorly manned, at check in and on collecting our luggage on the day of departure we waited around as there were no staff in the lobby. Free fresh cookies when checking in were a lovely touch and were delicious. We stayed in a premium suite which consisted of two levels, double sofa bed was made up on the top level for our 5 year old and a king on the lower floor with bathroom. Small room with little walk space, but well appointed with everything we needed for the weekend. Downside to the room was the musty smell, there were also access hatches on the walls and ceiling, that had been hacked around and the finish was unsightly. Breakfast was great in the usual buffet style, fresh and hot English breakfast options. Good selection of fresh fruit, pastries and cereal. My daughter particularly liked the hot pancake machinę. Staff at breakfast were fantastic, very attentive and really looked after our family. All in all, a good hotel for a short weekend away we would stay again.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I'd been given an up-grade, including breakfast. I did not want breakfast. My disappointment concerned the room. The room was not as good as on previous occasions, especially the shower facility. As I am 6ft 3 in & 66 yrs old clambering in and out of a bath with a shower attachment felt an unsafe thing to be doing. Also as it was November I was surprised about the limited amount of bedding on the bed. Luckily I had a heavy coat with me that I could use to keep me warm. I was looking forward to a nice room etc as I'd booked weeks before. I have also stayed in the DoubleTree in Melbourne, Australia for almost nine weeks in 2017-19 which was a very pleasant experience, and I do not want to stay with you again. Far och son resa
Jag och min yngsta son var på resa tillsammans, med fotboll och museum. Mina förväntningar var höga 4 stjärnigt av de bättre hotell kedjorna. Hotellet levde upp till alla. Stort och fint rum med två separata sängar och ett fint burspråk som gick att sitta i. Sängarna var mycket bekväma och rummet var tyst trots det låg på första våningen. Det ligger bara några minuters promenad från Oxfordstreet, tunnelbana och bussar stannar strax utanför. Vilket jag tycker är ett bra läge. Bra frukost och en trevlig bar med bra service. Vi hade några härliga dagar i London, jag kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet.

A lovely hotel.
I had a fabulous overnight stay here. The hotel has an air of being recently refurbished in a calm, contemporary style. My reception was warm and friendly and my room was impeccably clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

excellent hotel enjoyed our stay, my only gripe would be that there was no where in the room to hang our wet clothes after a day/night out in the rain as there were no radiators in the room/bathroom at all.

3pm check-in is too late, even if you’ll hold bags until that time. I came back to the room one day at 4:15p and the hotel staff was cleaning the room. I appreciate the thorough thoughtfulness, but that’s “my time”. The bar area and gym were nice and comfortable. The room itself is ready for a visual makeover…paint, etc. Overall 4/5 Stars
