SIAMO STATI IN QUESTO HOTEL IN UNA CAMERA PER 5, NON PENSAVO DI TROVARCI BENE E CHE LA CAMERA FOSSE COSI GRANDE. LA POSIZIONE DELL'HOTEL E' FANTASTICA, ABBIAMO FATTO LE COSE PRINCIPALI A PIEDI. VICINO CI SONO TANTI NEGOZIO. IL PERSONA E' GENTILE

Pessimo
Tranne la posizione ....a 2 passi da Paddington....e la disponibilità del personale.....per il resto da dimenticare. Pulizie zero.....la stanza veniva a malapena riordinata e venivano lasciate unicamente 2 teli da doccia. Stanza piccola....mal messa e interrata.....senza telefono e un armadio fatiscente. Un solo comodino. Da evitare.

The rooms were quite comfortable and in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly. There were plenty of local dining options and walking distance to the train and subway.

Great location! The staff were friendly and amenable and we had no issues with the room. The shower temperature was fantastic but the pressure left a little to be desired, and the beds were a bit harder than we’d have liked but overall these were minor preferences that didn’t negatively impact our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of outlets, and the proximity to Paddington station makes this an excellent find and a bargain for the price!

Dear GuestWe have got through out very nice reviews which means all our guest's have enjoyed their stay without any problem and complaint. You had reserved a single room for one night @ GBP 50/- and we had offer you a bigger room as a loyalty. If you was having very high expectation by paying GBP 50/- and staying in Central London we suggest please book London Hilton Hotel next time. RegardsEHH

El cuarto que nos tocó, fue en sótano y estuvo bien por la tranquilidad pero aún lado de nosotros estaba una ventana y aún lado, las tuberías y el calentador de agua, entonces cuando se bañaban, se escuchaba el encendido del calentador y en la madrugada era incómodo al igual que la insonorización, todo se escuchaba. Por el precio y ubicación, todo bien.

It is affordable and a convenient location to explore central London. However, the shower only worked sometimes and no hand towels are provided, only 2 very small bath towels that barely fit around an average person. No other issues, the staff were friendly although didn't interact with them much.

I really didn’t expect high about this hotel it’s 2 star so its basically just for you to sleep in. Not enough toiletries to sustain your stay, or towels.

Great location just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Furniture in room was falling apart, and washroom was very small but clean, had everything we needed to collapse after long days in London. Staff was friendly.

Dear GuestYou wanted to stay with your family friends somewhere else making excusing to cancel your non-refundable booking free of charge. Our staff offered you family room but due to your commitments to stay somewhere else you refused to stay. We have throughout very nice reviews which clearly shows that all our past guests have enjoyed their pleasant stay with us. You can't blame us just for not having refund. Problem with the toilet but as I was only at this hotel for 18 hours it wasn’t a major issue, basically I was able to work around the aforementioned problem without any trouble at all.

The room was great, bigger than expected for the price/area and had everything I needed. Easily walkable from Paddington which has excellent transport links. The down side was being on the fourth floor with no lift, and narrow, windy stairs

Terrible!!!! Do not stay here! Rooms are broken and demolished. If you want to take a shower you have to deal with boiling warm water! The wohle small room will then be foggy af. Also you will hear everything through the old wooden window without any isolation. The bed is completely shaky but the thick double blanket holds you very warm.

If you look down and read the reviews of our past guest you will find out that all our guests had pleasant stay with us.You had a difficulty to regulate the water mixer and member of our staff had assist you straight away and showed you how the mixer works and left you happy. We have thermostatic mixer installed in all our rooms which are different to European mixers. Unfortunately you could not understand how it works and blamed us about everything which is not nice. Our staff had assist you with everything and while checking out you damaged the alarm system and mixer which is totally unfair.

We had a pleasant stay. It's central considering city entre and underground. The staff was nice and helpful. I can recommend this place also taking the price into account.

Convenient cheap hotel near Paddington
This was one of the cheapest hotel I could find around Paddington. The room was sufficiently clean and bigger than I expected. Not a luxury stay of course, but better than I expected.
