Tutto bene ma portatevi un asciugamano
Tutto bene, abbiamo anche avuto un upgrade a una stanza più grande. Pulizia, colazione,letti, posizione e giudizio generale OK ma il servizio può migliorare. Note negative/cose da migliorare - forniscono un solo asciugamano di media dimensione a persona e non hanno soddisfatto la richiesta di averne un altro - il lavandino è veramente troppo piccolo nonostante ci potesse stare uno pochino grande - nel corridoio davanti alla stanza c'erano sempre i sacchi della biancheria sporca (seppur chiusi) - il riscaldamento era spento nonostante avessimo fatto check-in e pagamento di mattina ed effettivamente occupato la stanza alle 19 del pomeriggio. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di accenderlo in reception.

Tutto positivo.La colazione (che ho pagato a parte perchè non l'avevo compresa) ottima e abbondante sia continentale che inglese.Molto utile la vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana Russell Square.

Good location. Friendly staff. However the hotel was tired. My room was on the ground floor and therefore it was noisy both from the street but also the underground. May be better on higher floors.

Staff is nice, friendly and helpful but that is not a hotel. It is a refurbished house. Room was too small for the price. The bin is too small and there is only 1 bin in the toilet. The soap provided is cheap. The sink is very very small. The heating couldn't be turned on. It's not a hotel, it's a refurbished house.

Op zich een prima hotel. Ontbijt is standaard maar personeel is vriendelijk. Jammer dat de douche op de 3 verdieping nauwelijks water geeft. Ook is het niet fijn dat er geen lift aanwezig is.

Affordable hotel near St. Pancreas / Kings Cross with a nice full breakfast. I stayed at this place for business and knew ahead of time it's a budget hotel. That said, a few things could be improved - pillows are Ikea style foam. Not comfy - shower pressure is light / trickle; sometimes it stopped mid shower Overall though it was fine for the value and it seemed like a family run business

Clean, pleasant staff, facilities as advertised, very good breakfast, ideally located on Tavistock square and near Russel Square, area felt safe. Minor comments, hot water for shower seems to come on at certain times, so something to be aware of. Level of isolation between rooms could be better. However, none of these were disruptive to my stay and would book again and a recommended hotel for a stay in London.

Friendly staff, received free room upgrade which was very much appreciated! Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean room. Lots of pubs and dining options etc nearby. Very close to Kings Cross St. Pancras International, tube and other tube stations.

Room was small. No fridge. Hot water was limited. Shower was cold and stopped working for a while. Had to request hand towels otherwise only one bath towel per person. Younger staff person on arrival was warm and welcoming.

Hotel is very handy for Kings Cross and Euston, and was clean and comfortable. But as an older property rooms were small and I was right behind reception desk by lift. Breakfast doesn’t start till 7:30 so as I was working and leaving early both days I missed out. Friendly staff.

Overall it was a nice stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and a very good breakfast. The only downside was we stayed in the family room for five people that faces the park and Main Street, the window does not block out noise so you hear everything including people walking by talking, playing in the park or talking outside the pub on the corner until late at night and starts again early in the morning with whomever is walking by talking or people in the park. Maybe it’s just that room and we were unlucky as we did not stay in any other room.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu erreichen von der Russell Square Station. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Wände sind allerdings sehr dünn. Und die Zimmer können nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden. Ansonsten top!

Our confirmation email from the hotel did not contain the address of the George hotel or a daytime number. Arriving from a long haul holiday and finding no internet on my phone I could not contact the hotel or give a taxi the correct address. Staff were quite unconcerned about this and blamed expedia and certainly did not appear to be bothered about correcting their confirmation email. Another client was complaining about the same thing the day after.

Es un hotel céntrico, pero sin elevador ni comodidades. Muy básico. No hay calefacción de noche por lo que pasas frío. No tiene secador de cabello. No tiene toalla de manos. Las escaleras están muy angostas y es complicado cargar la maleta y no hay quien te ayude. Sin embargo, el servicio de Agha es magnífico.

In the section accessibility, it clearly states - no lift! As already stated to you previously - a hairdryer is available in the room. If not, the receptionist is happy to assist. Family Trip to London
As a family of 5 we struggled to find one family room but found one at the George hotel. We dropped our luggage around lunch time but didnt actually go to our room until 8pm. Our room had 2 double beds and a single. Was quite big for us all. Clean and looked really nice. Breakfast was buffet style including full english items. They had a good range for us all. The only negative was the breafast area was a little small so did get a little busy. The location was really good. 9 minutes walk from Euston Station which was perfect and area around was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
