La location è magnifica, metro e bus per il centro. La camera è veramente piccola poiché c’e anche la parte cucina, ma questa fa sì che si possa far tranquillamente colazione o pranzare e cenare, nelle vicinanze è pieno di supermercati, ma anche ristoranti. Io ci sono già tornata.

buona posizione ma sporco e poco confortevole
la camera assegnata era assolutamente invivibile. Si trattava di un sottotetto e la temperatura non inferiore a 40°. Insufficienti i ben due ventilatori presenti ed il climazzatore presente non era funzionante. Il terzo letto era in realtà un piccolo divano letto (la mia prenotazione era per una tripla superior!!!). Ho quindi chiesto ed ottenuto una diversa sistemazione. La seconda camera era più fresca (anche se pure qui il clima non funzionava) ma il terzo letto aveva una doga rotta. In cucina erano presenti esasttamente tre piatti, tre bicchieri, nemmeno uno oltre il numero degli ospiti! Nel pavimento del bagno erano presenti i resti delle unghie tagliate dai precedenti clienti; le lenzuola affatto bianche.....

la stanza e' molto piccola per 3 persone e senza aria condizionata e noi abbiamo avuto 5 giorni caldissimi. Il bagno aveva una parte in legno vicino al wc un po' scrostata e marcia (non un granche' igienico). La finestra era rotta.

Londra è sempre meravigliosa e la vicinanza di un parco è quanto di meglio ci può essere per ricaricare le PILE!

sporco e triste
l'albergo è in un'ottima posizione, all'incrocio tra 2 linee della metropolitana e in un'area carina ma innanzitutto l'albergo è sporco, quando siamo arrivati non era stata pulita la camera e c'era ancora la spazzatura, i capelli e la pipì nel water del precedente cliente. alla reception dicono che la camera verrà pulita ogni 3 giorni e non si capisce perché, visto che è un albergo e da 3 stelle e mezzo. la colazione è misera, triste, con un caffè che è acqua sporca e con poche cose e di pessima qualità. inoltre la sala è in un edificio diverso da quello dove risiedevamo per cui per andare là bisognava fare 100 metri a piedi. a quel punto è inutile prenotare un albergo con colazione compresa. pessima scelta. molte cose semplicemente non funzionano, come il telefono per comunicare con la reception (cosa utile, viste che è in un altro edificio); è la prima volta che mi capita con Expedia

Ottima posizione
Ottima posizione centrale, vicinissimo alla metro, Notting Hill, Portobello Road e molti negozi. L appartamento dispone pero' di un divano letto molto scomodo. LA colazione è essenziale, su richiesta potete avere uova e crepes.

英語が得意でない人にはお勧めできないホテル
レセプションが違うところにありましたので、住所にご注意ください。33(33の建物には何の表記もありません/1枚目の写真)ではなく、66の建物に行ってください。ただし、66は違う名前のホテルになっておりますので、ご注意ください(2枚目の写真)。 他の方のコメントを見ていなくて、寒空の下30分程迷い、結局他のホテルのフロントで教えていただきました。ホテル内にはリフトがありますが、一見リフトがあるとは思えない箇所にありますので(もちろん、案内はありません)、ご注意ください(3枚目の写真の扉の奥にリフトがあります)。 4泊しましたが、部屋は基本的に掃除してもらず、また、タオルの交換もなかなかしていただけず、毎日レセプションに行きました。なお、3人で宿泊していたのですが、身体をふくためのタオルではなく足ふきマットを渡されたり、「3人分なんて、そんなにタオルは渡せない」と首を振られたりして大変な思いをしました。 キッチンの設備はフライパン1個、鍋1個、包丁、丼状の皿、皿、グラス・マグカップ、カラトリー3個ずつでした。まな板はありましたが、100円均一で軽いものを持ち込んだ方が良いかと思います。 シングルベッド1個と書いてありましたが、ソファベッドでした。レセプションに尋ねましたが、「うちのホテルはソファベッドがシングルベッドなのよ！」と言われました。ベッドの用意はなされておらず、ベッドの作り方等についての案内がなかったため、レセプションに電話して尋ねましたが、早口の英語で対応されてしまい、英語が不慣れな私には難易度が大変高かったです。 さらに朝食付きのプランだったのですが、朝食についての案内は全くありませんでした。 立地条件は大変良いところにありますが、基本的にレセプションにオーダーしなくてはなりませんので、英語が得意でない方は携帯の翻訳機能等を駆使しないと快適に過ごすことが難しいホテルかと思います。

A disappointment
The photos on site for the apartment for 5 adults weee misleading. Ithe duplex apartment seem that there was a room with double bed and then the upstairs has a double bed and a single bed. In reality, the double bed downstairs were foldable single beds that were very bed for adult's back. The folding g beds also took up most of the space downstairs which made walking about difficult. The place was too cramp. The place was also very dirty with clumps of dust on the floor and even in the cupboards which could hardly open as one of the. Beds was against the door. There was hardly space to place the luggage. Notwithstanding, the location was great with good restaurants and grocery stores including Asian food stuff.

Ça aurait pu être un super hôtel MAIS : les chambre triples ne disposent pas de 3 vrais lits, mais plutôt d'un lit double + un lit de camp ou un clic clac usé... Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2jours en plein mois de décembre, le personnel qui n'en avait rien à faire (après multiples relances), nous avons fini par changer de chambre.

Vänlig personal och typisk Paddington frukost dvs marmeladmacka med svagt kaffe Läget var perfekt nära till det mesta Rummet sedan var urkasst. Fick först byta rum pga smuts, mat kvar i kylen, och så litet för 3 personer att när man "fällde" ut 3 sängen fick vi inte plats i rummet. Efter mycket om och men fick vi byta till ett bättre (trodde vi) Rummet var större och det var väl också det ända positiva. Rummet var så fuktigt att det rann på insidan av fönsterna, mögel på väggarna, sängarna stenhårda , slitet och stor avsaknad av husgeråd då det skulle finnas ett sk kök där. Bilderna på hemsida är grovt överreklamerade. Efter att öslatt halva toarullen av den enda vi fick för att torka torrt på de mögliga fönsterkarmarna och rutorna, kört på värmepumpen och vädrat i 4 tim lyckades vi få det hyffsat ok. Tur man bara skulle sova där då man var där för att njuta av staden London. Tror f.. detta är bland det sämsta jag bott på och jag har varit i många storstäder runt om i Europa.

Tolle zentrale Lage in guter Gegend, jedoch darf man bei dem Preis auch nichts weiter verlangen. Das Inventar ist buchstäblich schrottreif, Sauberkeit ist eher bäh, wer sich damit arrangieren kann, wird jedoch nichts besseres finden. Extrem hellhörig.

Overall is ok
Our first night was a nightmare since we were given basement room. Can't sleep when you hear footsteps every time people pass by. Hotel staff was understanding and gave us room at the highest level.. but need to carry our bags one floor up (lift until 4th floor only). The room was nice and clean. Overall stay for 2 adult people is ok.. not suitable if you are travelling with children if given room like us.

A last minute warm room + bed with wifi
Surprisingly, this was available right away when I had a problem with my original Phoenix Hotel reservations. It was not the cheapest but it was available and more decent than the other ones in the area. It's on the 4th floor and the check-in host said it has an elevator. But when I got off the 4th floor turns out I had to still climb a very narrow steep stairs. The room is not bad at all. Clean for the most part. But I found a roach on the bathroom floor.

Das Appartement war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, zum Kochen, abspülen oder der gleichen war die Küche nicht ausgestattet. Außerdem war das Zimmer wirklich sehr dreckig - überall Haare von den vorherigen Gästen und anderer Dreck. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Worst experience for this price in London ever
Worst value for money ever. Completely run down and lots of appliances broken. Including fridge (solid froze all my food that I then had to throw away and had no food coming home late at night. Wasn’t even compensated for that). So no point in „apartment“ if Basics don’t work. Heating broken, aircon broken, bathroom completely moldy. Not pleasant in any way.

Free Bed Bugs and dirt with your rooms
Steer clear. I woke up in the morning to find bugs crawling around the bed. I took photos and confronted front desk staff. In addition the room was dirty - previous occupant's shampoo was not even cleared away, and there was no toilet roll when I checked in. I was moved to another apartment while they called in pest control. But despite complaints London Plaza refused any refund whatsoever. At least e-bookers was more sympathetic and understanding.

Hotel in Notting Hill.
Kleine kamer. Met keukenblok dat direct naast het bed staat. Geen stoelen. Badkamer op zich oké , maar schimmel in de douche. Dunne deken. Goede locatie. Dicht bij metro station. Rustige buurt. Kamer zelf is een beetje gehorig. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt : veel keus, Engels. Helaas geen volkorenbrood. Wel lekker ei en toast. Volgens mij nu wel genoeg woorden!!!

I booked a superior triple room which on the picture showed three single beds.When we arrived,we had to go to another hotel 100yds away to check in and get room keys.We then went back to the hotel apartment we booked and it appeared to be a double bed and a small sofa.We returned to the check in hotel to explain to the receptionist the situation.She said there was nothing she could do but could upgrade us at a cost of £288.This was not an option so we went back and found the double bed was two singles and could be split and one of us slept on the sofa.The receptionist wasnt helpful at all in fairness.However once we settled in we found it great for location of our works.The only other minor items against it was that there was no bedding for the sofa so we had to go back again to the other hotel for that and minor things like only two cups in a triple room,no tin opener in the kitchen..etc.

교통은 Tube를 이용시 Circle line과 Central line 이 걸어서 5분 거리안에 있어 정말로 편리함 런던 시내를 여행하기에는 지역적으로 상당히 괜찮은 위치에 있음 다른 객실은 모르겠으나 내가 지낸 객실은 채광도 별로여서 9월 말임에도 불구하고 잠잘때 더워 선풍기 틀고 지냄

Buena ubicación y precio lo único
Nuestro cuarto muy pero muy pequeño, una cocina con cama o viceversa. Nada que ver con las fotos. El baño no cerraba estaba dañada la cerradura. La cama es pésima! Se hunde toda y tiene como bolsas que se encajan! La limpieza bien en general aunque todo se ve muy desgastado. Lo mejor es la ubicación y el transporte.

Good location, but very uncomfortable beds
We booked a furnished appartment for 3 persons and 3 nights. There were 2 single beds and a folding bed in the room. The matress of the folding bad was in a very bad condition. All the 3 beds were horrible: we could feel all the springs from the mattress or th e slats fo the folding bed. Instead of sleeping, we were trying to find the most confortable position. There was a small kitchen, equipped with a fridge, a microwave and an eletric cooktop, but there was barely no kitchenwares. The appartment location is a plus point, really close to the central and circle lines. The neighborhood is also convenient with lot of shops, restaurants and pubs. We let our luggages at the front desk on our last day, and we were surprise to see that there were no control whatsoever when we came back to pick up our luggages. We were happy that our luggages were still there though.

Riktigt dåligt!
Väldigt skitigt och nergånget. Vi hade kackerlackor i badrummet och fick byta rum. I första rummet var även luftkonditioneringen trasig, kranarna i duschen saknades, det var mögel i duschen, handfatet var knäckt, matbordet trasigt och det luktade illa. Rummet vi flyttades till var något bättre men fortfarande skitigt och väldigt slitet. Sängen saknade bäddmadrass så vi fick sova direkt på resårmadrassen (hårda fjädrar). Men läget och priset var "ok", servicen då vi klagade "ok". Ingen uppföljning eller kompensation. Skulle inte boka detta igen el rekommendera till andra.

Mountains of dust in room and in air conditioner - leaving it unusable and swealtering hot. When window open cleaning staff stood outside of window on basement level and chatted loudly / smoked right against the window and room - unacceptable. Shower door broken. Toilet broken and although flushed, contents would reappear hours later. No delivery of fresh towels and sheets. Basic things need to be updated even for it to match the low price that we got. Unclean rooms are unacceptable at any rate.

Not nice
Room in poor condition and not particularly clean. There was damage to the walls and the bed base, towels were frayed. There was a drainage problem with the toilet, I was told that it was the bleach that they used which was a brown colour, but that brown colour kept reappearing over time when the toilet hadn't been used or cleaned....... Cheap, but still not very good value for money!

Bra utgångspunkt i London
Perfekt läge nära tunnelbana (Bayswater och Queensway). Bekväm och praktisk lägenhet för ett par. Ingen fungerande luftkonditionering så varmt i lägenheten högst upp i huset. Ej möjligt att bo i denna lägenhet med rörelsehinder pga brant trappa där hissen slutade.

OK for what I needed
The room I was originally allocated was unavailable due to issue with the room, so I was given another room which happened to be in the basement. Unfortunately there was a crack in the window left by the previous occupants which wasn't really an issue. The room was tidy and spacious but the fridge let off an annoying buzzing noise. With the room being in the basement there was a lack of fresh air and was very stuffy even with the window open on a very hot evening.

Ville ikke anbefalede det.
Mig og mine forældre overnattede der i 2 dage men synes ikke rigtig om det, når man kom ud af værelset så lugtede der frygtelig meget af hash og der var utrolig meget larm. Sengene var meget dårlige og man fik næsten ikke lukkede et øje fordi man fik ondt i ryggen! Desuden blev der ikke gjort rent for værelserne. Vi valgte at betale ekstra for morgenmad, men det var ikke noget at råbe hurra over, man kunne få et stykke tørt toastbrød og et glas varm appelsinjuice... Jeg ville ikke overnatte der igen eller anbefaler det til nogen!

La réservation était une chambre avec 3 lits Il y avait 1 lit double et un lit d appoint. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, c est excessivement cher pour ce que c est C est une vraie déception

The apartment was ok and in a good location, I would also add the service we received was good. However, the apartment needs a little work. The balcony doors when closed still left a gap therefore you could clearly hear the outside noise. We are a family of four so our room included a sofa bed, this needs replacing ASAP. The mattress was barely adequate and I would say it is the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have slept on. The beds upstairs in the duplex were fine, but the sofa bed is old, worn and uncomfortable.

駅近 スーパーが沢山 公園近し
立地最高。駅近。ATMも困らない。建物は古い。ネットでは一回分の洗濯券をもらったとあったが、特になかった。洗濯機は近所の違うアパートにあるらしい。言えば入室に必要なパスワードを教えてくれる。バスルームにオイルヒーターがあって、あつい生地の服も一晩で乾いたのは助かった。朝ご飯は本当に簡単なものだった。しかも宿泊とアパートが違うので毎朝出向かねばならず面倒だった。近所に大小スーパーが揃っていたので買い出しには困らない。レストランも多い。googleマップには載っていないが、ケンジントンパークと反対方向にはコインランドリーもあって便利そうだった。清掃はまとめて滞在する人しか利用できないらしく、2日目に来ると言っていたが来ていなかったので苦情を言ったら翌日来たが、帰ってみると部屋の締めにくいドアが開いたままになっていて、被害は無かったが一瞬青ざめた。

Bien comunicado, pero una cama pésima.
El apartamento en sí no está mal, es una habitación pequeña en la que han "calzado" una cocina, yo no había visto nunca algo así, en un sitio tan pequeño una cama con cocina o una cocina con cama, poquísimo menaje, pero para lo que es sirve, hay supermercados por la zona para comprar algo. Está al lado de los Kensington gardens y Hide Park, muy bien comunicado. La cama es lo peor de estos apartmentos, absolutamente horrible, es mejor dormir en el suelo, pero tampoco hay espacio para ello, te metes en la cama y parece que te traga, no se descansa nada esto es lo peor sin duda, el baño es justo y antiguo, la ventana no cerraba y se oia toda la calle aunque no hay mucho jaleo. El desayuno es muy malo, es mejor cogerlo sin desayuno y desayunar en cualquier sitio porque no merece la pena esta opción, que a nosotros por cierto nos venía incluida al hacer la reserva.
