Gentile cliente, Ci spiace sapere che il suo primo contatto con il nostro Hotel non sia stato dei migliori. Noi stessi siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla sua recensione in quanto i nostri standard sono focalizzati sul Customer Service e la pulizia delle nostre stanze. Ci scusiamo se in questa occasione la manutenzione non abbia reso il Suo soggiorno gradevole e tuttavia non vogliamo mettere in dubbio la parola di un’esperta commentatrice come lei, ma vorremmo sottolineare il fatto che è la prima volta che un cliente si lamenta di un episodio del genere. Sottlineo anche che abbia omesso il fatto che Le avessimo proposto un Free upgrade in una stanza piu` ampia e senza alcun problema, ma che Lei stessa ha rifiutato. io personalmente controllo che i Service vengano fatti a modo ogni singolo giorno, rifiuto dunque di credere che la sua stanza non sia stata pulita affatto. Per ultima cosa, abbiamo un riscaldamento continuo, ogni singolo piano e camera hanno modo di averelo attivo ogni singolo momento desiderino, La prego dunque di risparmiarsi falsi commenti. Hi Bobby, thanks for your review. However allow me to clarify some of the facts. When you book a room, the checkin and check out times are clearly stated. You came in at a normal time after 2, but then woke up half the hotel at 3am as you could not use your keys properly after your night out at a concert and pubs. Your checkout time was at 11am, yet when our staff knocked on your door at 11.30 you refused to leave, shouting explicities annd stating you would checkout after 2pm our polite and calm team members. He then explained to you that the police would be called if you continued in this this manner. Maybe this was what you thought was the “threat”. Your abuse conitinued to magnify. This is when I was called in. I telephoned you and explained to you the checkout procedure and allowed you to leave at 12 as we had someone else checking in. I decided to do this without further charge as a good will gesture.And you review us like this? Nice! But you are an aggrieved person and have every right to express your opinions, but not when they are lies and out of bitter anger. We are NOT as you have stated, and our people were merely doing their duties which was obviously was difficult due your circumstances the heavy and late night you had. If you are ish to discuss this then you have put numbers and email.Many thanks

Hi Oliver, Not sure what this was about. But these maintenance issues do occurr from time to time. They are not within our control but we must find a solution for our guests. In this instance we tried to relocate you to a nearby property but sadly you refused this and thus were late. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. All the best Andy
