Ero gia stata in questa struttura ..l altra volta avevo la stanza senza finestre..la camera era leggermente piu grande .ma questa volta con dalla finestra vedevo il parco di fronte..e compensaca qualche metro in meno di stanza. La nespresso in camera a disposizione e un tocco in piu per noi italiani amanti dell espresso. A parte il bonus vip ,se non fai rifare la camera e sei piu green di danno altre 5 sterline usabili al bar o per sconto colazio e. La metro e vicinissima e poi passanao diversi bus .Comodo

Loved everything, from the Nespresso machine in my room to get coffee whenever, to the (mostly) quiet lobby where I could work remotely without a hitch. The bed was fantastic, I'm gonna miss it dearly! Great position - Liverpool St is just one Central line stop away, and Shoreditch a few minutes away on foot. Will definitely keep it in consideration should I ever need to book a hotel across the pond again!

Camera ben organizzata anche se piccola. Letto e piumone comodi. Bella doccia. Confortevole. Colazione molto buona sia dolce (croissant, pain au chocolat, muffins...) che salata (bacon, uova, fagioli...). Tutto molto moderno. Check-in veloce. Molto pulito. Fermata metro e bus per Stansted a 50 metri.

Una delle cose che mi è piaciuta dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione, a pochissimi passi dalla central line che ti porta nei punti più importanti della città. L’hotel è molto moderno e lo consiglio a chi deve fare un viaggio di qualche giorno perché le stanze sono abbastanza piccole e in quella in cui siamo stati noi non disponeva di armadio (quindi abbiamo avuto per 5 giorni i vestiti nella valigia). Detto questo passo al lato negativo: la pulizia. Non comprendo come questo hotel possa avere ottime recensioni su questo. La stanza era impolverata, non la consiglio a chi è particolarmente allergico alla polvere. Io non lo sono ma mi ha comunque dato problemi. Ogni volta le lenzuola erano indecenti e ho il dubbio se abbiano mai passato la scopa per terra. Strano, perché dentro la stanza non vi è moquette quindi mi aspettavo decisamente meno sporcizia rispetto a molti altri alloggi di londra (la moquette vi è però nei corridoi, quindi ho notato che fosse una cosa presente nell’aria di tutto l’edificio). Un angolo sotto la scrivania è rimasto sporco di fango (dovuto alle scarpe) per giorni fin quando non abbiamo spostato la terra al centro della stanza prima della “pulizia giornaliera”. Il primo giorno in cui siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto richiedere delle lenzuola pulite perché erano indecenti, cosa che non è migliorata più di tanto nei giorni a seguire perché ovviamente la polvere era anche sopra i mobili quindi ricadeva. Insomma, una grande e grossa pecca.

Camere piccolissime senza finestre e senza ricambio d'aria, dovevamo avere la porta aperta per poter far circolare un po' d'aria. Poco professionale il personale perché avevamo chiesto il cambio di camere dei miei figli che non era piccola ma minuscola, prima ce lo hanno promesso e poi non lo hanno fatto. Il cambio delle lenzuola in 6 giorni non è stato mai effettuato, pulizia approssimativa. Dulcis in fundo si sono preso 70€ sul conto senza averne titolo, siamo dovuti tornare in hotel quando ce ne siamo accorti perché per telefono non ci hanno dato risposta. Stavamo quasi per perdere l'aereo per un addebito " che non sappiamo come sia successo" a dir loro, secondo me ci provano, quindi attenzione, controllate sempre. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel dal 22 al 24 agosto, l’hotel esteticamente è molto moderno. Camere piccole ma confortevoli e soprattutto BEN INSONORIZZATE (chapeau). Posizione perfetta a 1min a piedi dalla metro rossa che arriva ovunque. L’unica pecca forse la pulizia (un po’ di polvere in giro), ma niente di troppo sconvolgente. Qualità prezzo ottima e personale gentile.

Struttura ok, a cento metri dalla metropolitana di Bethnal Green, all’arrivo la registrazione per il check in la si fa da soli, camera 401, la porta non si chiude benissimo, bisogna spingerla fino in fondo ed accertarsi che si sia chiusa, pulizia non ottimale, abbiamo trovato polvere, e gli addetti alle pulizie in tre giorni non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e ci hanno lasciati ogni giorno senza asciugamani, siamo stati costretti a chiederli ogni volta in reception.

Ottimo hotel! Consigliato. L'hotel si presenta molto bene, pulito dettagliato e dotato di tutti i confort. Il personale molto gentile e cordiali. Inoltre la sua posizione è ottima perché a due passi dalla fermata della metro (central line) e quindi comodissimo per visitare Londra.

I have booked with expedia a standard room but as in the description ad in the reveice of payment received there is not indication of window absence..unfortunately I have some issue without lights and air. I have informated the your staff as soon as we have seen the room but at that Moment there wasn’t room with Window available.fortunately in the day after the check in the staff has changed the room...obviosuly I have shown two documents (booking paper and receive form) in which there is no indications of this info..however one night with few sleeping..I think that there is missmacth between hotel info about the room and the info shown by Expedia site..probably the responsability is shared but a customer not see the owner of this but only the missing info😉..for the remaining part all has been food in particular the staff that has been pretty and available Also facing the problem above reported.

L'hotel è situato ad Est di Londra. Vicinissimo alla metro arancio Central Line che collega alle zone centrali ed è molto comoda. La colazione è abbondante e varia dolce e salato. Good location for the Bethnal Green tube station. Hotel is modern with rooms which are small but adequate. Breakfast is great and the staff are very helpful. Nice places to eat behind the hotel. Will stay again.

Friendly staff - but overall I have to say it felt like a 2-star stay. Lifts out of order. Soundproofing zero (!). WiFi constantly down. Shower leaking. It was a low price, but the experience was just very basic as well.

The description of the room I booked was ‘Premium Double’, so naturally the ‘premium’ was the next level higher category than the ‘Standard Double’. So to find that the room was absolutely ‘NOT’ a ‘Premium’..! It was like a ‘Single’ with a double bed in it. The size was very very small, & there wasn’t even a kettle to boil water to make tea or coffee.? Totally wrong & deceiving to call it a Premium Double, because what is it that makes it a ‘Premium’ not a Standard?! Won’t stay there again & would’nt recommend Yotel to any friends or family!

It seems we fell short of meeting your expectations for a ‘Premium Double’ room, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of expected features such as a kettle, however all of our rooms come with Nespresso machines for tea and coffee making.We appreciate your feedback as it is crucial for us to improve our services and communication about room categories. Saubere aber kleine Zimmer. Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen..100m bis U-Bahn Haltestelle Bethnal Green ( Central line). Anbindung gut. Kleine Mini Markts und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Frühstück kann man sich sparen..nix besonderes..

Rooms are not so big but quite good and clean. No windows (some rooms have some ceiling window that's not fully to the outside). Staff was nice, self check in and out and possible breakfast buffet but for 15 pounds if not within the room rate. Very good connection to public transport.

Does what it says…..a great very clean, compact room within walking distance of both Bethnal Green tube station & other East End attractions.
