Am Morgen und Abend ist man gerne auf der grossen Terrasse und geniesst den Blick auf den See. Durch den kurzen Weg bis zum See, geht man sehr viel Baden, geniesst die kleine Liegewiese, das vorhandene StandUpPaddle und das Gummiboot (vor allem unsere Kinder). Alles ist wie beschrieben. “Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. “We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“Direkt am See gelegen in einer Sackgasse, dadurch sehr ruhig. Moderne und gemütliche Ausstattung. Küche mit allem was wir im urlaub brauchen, küchengeräte qualitativ hochwertig. Gerne würden wir dort wieder wohnen.”

“Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat unser Gepäck mit seinem (kurzen) Auto zum Haus hochgefahren. (Der Zugang ist wirklich sehr steil und der Übergang zur Straße ist nur mit hochbeinigen oder kurzen Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Stromversorgung per Solar war für Beleuchtung und Handyaufladen mehr als ausreichend, obwohl die ersten Tage keine Sonne schien. Gaskühlschrank hat bestens funktioniert. Betten sind bequem und auch die Couch lädt...

“Das Häuschen ist perfekt für eine Familie, da man auf 2 Stockwerken lebt. So ist Platz für alle. Leider gibt es nur 1 Dusche....das ist ein riesen Engpass mit 5 Kindern. Aber hat geklappt. Die Heizung ist des öfteren ausgefallen, aber mein Mann ist ein 'Handyman' und konnte alles leicht wieder in Schwung bringen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert gut. Die Lage ist prima, für kleinere Kinder allerdings gar nicht empfehlenswert, da man die Sachen vom Auto weit tragen muß und die Straße...

“Porlezza e il camping internazionale sono stati una bella scoperta. Piscina molto divertente per adulti e bambini. La vista lago merita così come la pizza della pizzeria Il Pinguino. Da Porlezza si raggiunge il lago di Como dove si possono apprezzare Menaggio, Varenna e Bellagio.”

“Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...

“La struttura di per sé è carina, ma purtroppo lasciata a sé stessa. Scarsa comunicazione sulle modalità di check-in che viene fatto in un posto lontano dal residence. La pulizia della camera nella media, purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati delle ragnatele sopra il letto. In tarda serata è mancata l'acqua calda, purtroppo. Il posto è comodo per vedere il lago e la villa del Balbaniello, ma per il resto c'è poco. Nel complesso la permanenza è stata piacevole grazie alla piscina esterna, ma reputo il...
