“Welcome was average, just going through the motions. Club room was furnished with some taste, although a bit of wear was showing on furniture. Bathroom fan not working, which drives me mad but I’ve given up complaining to any hotel as it’s so common. I know these things burn out easily when lights are left on permanently so it’s an occupational hazard for the hotels; I do sympathise a little. “Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione dei treni e alle principali attrazioni cittadine. Materasso confortevole, staff MOLTO cordiale e buona colazione dolce/salata. Purtroppo avevamo richiesto tre stanze ai piani alti e con una vista carina e siamo stati sistemati al primo piano in tre stanze abbastanza claustrofobiche con "vista" sul muro della vicina stazione dove i piccioni vanno a fare i loro bisognini, non esattamente quello che definiremmo una "bella vista". Un vero peccato perché...

“Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and view over the river. Large apartment, kitchen adequate, could have done with a few more standard utensils (tin opener, scissors, 2 oven gloves rather than 1). Whole apartment needed some tlc. Tap loose in the en-suite and loose floor tiles. Settee very lumpy too. However, bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing needed.
