Front desk agent was rude and sarcastic when asked where parking was located. Desk was not busy but he acted as though it was an inconvenience and distraction to do his job. Although the room was quite small, it was nice and clean.

The location was excellent. One thing that is not listed on the property website is that there is NO ELEVATOR! You will have to carry all your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor to check in and then take all your luggage to whatever floor they put you on. Hopefully you are in shape for all that exercise!!!

This is a charming, beautiful , quiet hotel that is also a historical hotel. The latter is what makes it so cool. Its also very clean and located in a central location. It’s so old there are no elevators so beware. We loved it!

Pontos negativos: Falta de elevador. Escadas com muitos degraus. Estacionamento longe tornando movimentação de malas um pouco complicado. Também cobram uma taxa depósito de $150,00 dólares no momento da entrada que é devolvido após até 4 dias. Não gostei do procedimento. Pontos positivos: Limpeza do quarto muito bem feita todos os dias. Localização do hotel próximo a padaria porto e também a shoppings, target entre outros. Vale salientar que a foto não condiz com a realidade que encontrei.

Comfortable stay thanks to friendly staff
Stayed on honeymoon. As we said that it is the first time in Glendale, the hotel staff kindly told us the recommended restaurants and shops. The building itself is dated, but the facilities are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is quaint and in a nice area. The hotel is very quiet. The bedding is comfortable and the room was pleasant. I could not get ice. The machine was broken. I think the TV worked but never could figure it out.
