Hotel grazioso
Pulizia e manutenzione molto carente e personale alla reception non competenti. Non tornerò e non lo consiglierei a nessuno se non si danno da fare a pulire ed a mettere in ordine ciò che non funziona.

Our room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size to spread out our own toiletries. They do have Dove shower soap, shampoo and conditioner, although we used our own. The shower was pretty weak, but got hot quickly, so didn't waste a bunch of water. There was very little corridor noise, and being on the top floor there was no one above to hear walking around. Our biggest complaint was about breakfast offerings and the staff there. If you plan to go to the breakfast toward the later end, beware! We felt that we had to rush, but were not accommodated well. The lady doing most of the work there spoke very little English, and didn't understand my questions. A man who seemed to be overseeing things (but doing no work) had to intervene, but was no more helpful. The waffle batter cup sat in a pool of overflow, there was very little bread left and it was dry. There were overdone scrambled eggs, the hash browns were clumps of unappetizing potato. They had sausage patties, which were pretty good. There was almost no coffee and both of us got bubbly spatters in our cups, giving up trying to get more. There was only a sweet creamer offered, no plain cream, just that sweetened variety. So even though there was a good variety offered, most of it was sub-par. Most of the tables had not been wiped after others used them and they were dirty and sticky. We ate as quickly as possible, and found a coffee shop to enjoy our morning cup!

Room smelled dirty room was for 3 people only got 2 towels ,trash was not taken out had to asked for clean towels the second day . Staff was ok had to self checked out since receptionist was outside taking a smoke break .

Stayed here for less than 6 hours. Got to our room at 11 pm, put in a room adjoining to a room with two large dogs. Both kept barking all night long. Owner did not keep them quiet, called, went to front desk…nothing was done. Had the joy of getting about 2 hours of sleep and listened to barking dogs all night long. Horrible that the staff could care less, including the manager of the hotel who was supposed to call me when he arrived at 7:30 am and didn’t. Horrible place, lacking customer service. Do not stay here.

Hotel ran out of toilet paper on our third day of stay. Room was on the first floor so was really noisy all night till the morning, there’s no door insulator so the bright light and noise comes through. Had to stuff them with towels to drown it out.

Housekeeping wasn’t great. Did not get daily service and when I asked for towels, I wasn’t given the right amount. Public areas i.e. Elevator and halls were not clean. Elevator seemed as if it was about to snap off.

NOT a great experience
Booked two rooms, and when I arrived one of them had been cancelled. Arrived with the confirmation which showed clearly that I had two rooms booked but no, they wouldn't have it. La Quinta blamed Hotels.com, gave me the second room required and charged me MORE because I had to pay the day rate. I guess I'll never know the truth but is was incredibly poor. Overall state of the room was very poor, and the bathroom hardly clean.

Dear Ivor, Thank you for taking the time to review us, i am very sadden to hear one of your reservations was cancelled. We understand how inconvenient that could be while traveling. After reviewing your concerns we looked into your reservation details. Reservations were booked on a 3rd party portal, 2 separate reservations, and one of the reservations was also cancelled on 3rd party portal. we know this because if any employee make any changes to the reservation, the system marks it under employees login, as in this case it was clearly done on 3rd party portal as hotel didn't make any changes to your reservation. I hope that explains things in detail and gives you better look what happened with your second reservation. We had availability that night and staff could only honor to walk you in to accommodate your stay. Rest assured we will look deeper in the matters of your stay and all your concerns have been noted to ensure better customer satisfaction for our future guests. I hope you give us another chance in future to earn you perfect ratings.
