Excellent position and good suite with nice ocean view. We spent here 3 nights also 10 days ago and ho early (and strangely) the double room is better than the suite, though. Service personnel level not at the level of expectations (especially one single guy at Front Desk on Aug, 27th in the late morning who kept us there for 10 minutes answering phone and minding his own business instead of competing our service).

Beautiful room, super clean and great water pressure!! Excellent roof top restaurant with delicious food and view!! Can’t wait to return. I felt the front desk staff could have been nicer but maybe they were having bad days.

What a beautiful hotel. The views from our room were wonderful. The staff was delightful and the room was impeccable. The coffee shop in the lobby was a nice surprise too. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-day weekend @ The Huntley. The property is beautiful, and every single employee we encounter was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, and the hotel was just a block from the beach. Perfect!

The pentahiuse restaurant, view, service and location within the walking distance from santa monica beach, many great restaurants. Excellent and friendlyest staff 👏 👍 👌. Also private pick up and drop off with in 3 miles of area. One of pick up location for LA city tour and Surf city tours. We enjoyed our weekend gateway .

The room was built so that there is a gap between the bathroom and bedroom wall. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom with the loudest, surprising toilet flush. Also the hot tub area was dinky and across the valet parking entrance, so very inconvenient and strange. The actual hot tub was not clean. Our bathing suits needed several cleanings.

The best customer service and attention to detail in all of my hotel stays. Daniel at the front desk was excellent! The staff who got our rental on a daily basis were great. The cleaning staff was awesome and upstairs restaurant staff at The Penthouse restaurant were spectacular. If you’re going to stay in Santa Monica I highly recommend staying at the Huntley Hotel!

The air conditioning in my room did not work, so I was moved to another room, where the air conditioning also was not working. The view from the room was beautiful. The facilities were very well-kept and the staff was friendly. You cannot beat the location in Santa Monica!

Hotel is not family-oriented: 1) parking is mostly for visitors ($55 every in-out) 2) queen-sized beds are not real queen size, more like big full size 3) bathroom is really small, not enough towels or vanities

Very luxurious property at a reasonable price. I was blown away by the closet space and the truffle fries from room service. I can't wait to come back again
