“The staff was excellent ad well as the cleanliness of the rooms & outside. My only complaint would be the size of the tv ( very small) & the pool not being open until the last day we were there The pool had been closed but the young man at the front desk worked hard to get it opened for us The last day which i appreciated his efforts”

“They overbooked the hotel by more than a hundred people and canceled all reservations made indirectly without notifying guests the night before the solar eclipse. I had no place to stay. They won’t answer their phone now when Expedia calls to confirm that they overbooked so that I can be compensated somehow, so I’ve gotten no help from the hotel. ”

“No hot water in the shower. No hand soap or toiletries provided. K cups were provided, but no Keurig machine. Snacks (chips) were provided, but all were expired for several months.
