Hi Jayne,We are really disappointed to read that you have written this review this morning as the staff did react and do the best they could to tackle this issue throughout the weekend for you. As we were fully booked, we believed we handled this the best we possibly could without cancelling your room, which was the only other option. Our manager has already responded to your email today within 15 minutes of their start time and arranged for a maintenance man to come and investigate who will be here this afternoon to look into this as this is very unusual and nowhere near our usual standards.We would have appreciated a little more time to investigate what has happened before you posted this review online which is not 100% accurate and slightly undermines the way that we have and are continuing to fix this. A review like this can be damaging to our reputation which we have worked really hard to build.
