Struttura ubicata in posizione stupenda davanti al lago di Lucerna, consiglio le stanze con balcone vista lago che hanno una vista spettacolare. I'hotel fornisce un pass gratuito per il bus che in 10 min ti porta nel centro di Lucerna. Di fatto di stelle ne merita 4 e non 3. Sono di parere contrario per il ristorante Alexander (interno), dove il menú ed il cibo é a mio avviso assolutamente non all'altezza della struttura oltre che carissimo, anche se devo dire che il personale é sempre cordiale e professionale. Ma a Lucerna di domenica dove sono tutti?? La città è svuotata come Milano in agosto...

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona abbiamo avuto una camera al 4 piano vista bellissima sul lago , certo i bagni in particolare avrebbero bisogno di essere rimodernati. La colazione un po' carente nella parte dolce. Molto positivo il biglietto gratis per il pullman con fermata presso l'hotel un po meno il costo del parcheggio 15 franchi a notte....per non parlare del costo dell'acqua in camera 2,50 franchi a bottiglietta!!!!

L'albergo ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. E' situato fuori città, quindi se non si ha la macchina, è difficile da raggiungere (e con la macchina, fanno pagare il parcheggio). Sembra orientato ad accogliere gruppi di turisti

Personale gentilissimo posizione ottima. Non in centro ma difronte alla fermata bus. In10 min sei in centro. Consigliatissimo il buffet della colazione non aveva tantissima scelta, ma era comunque più che sufficiente.

Tra il lago e il centro di Lucerna
Una notte e due giorni a Lucerna: albergo con una vista lago a 180° e comodissimo rispetto al centro cittadino. In soli 5' di auto si raggiunge il Kapellbrucke. Non ho provato il ristorante interno, ma camera pulita, elegante e ben accessoriata. Personale cordiale.

molto piacevole.
Parte dell'hotel è stata appena ristrutturata: il risultato è molto raffinato, la zona ristorante è piacevolissima, rivolta verso il lago e molto luminosa. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato non era tra quelle rinnovate, ma è risultata essere comunque molto comoda ed accogliente, affacciata anch'essa verso il lago, con un bagno piccolo ma pulito e accogliente.

It was very hot in Lucerne - about 90 degrees F. The hotel had no AC and no screens on the windows. We were very uncomfortable and got attacked by swarms of mosquitoes.

It can get very hot in Lucerne in the summer, and not all hotels have air conditioning. This can be uncomfortable for some guests who feel uncomfortable in their rooms. I understand their frustration and we would like to apologize for not being able to provide them with the cooling they desired. The room was beautiful. The view from the balcony is superb and overall the hotel is a lovely place to stay. The food is excellent and service is very personable.

Little or no a/c. Short staffed. Extremely rude Manager!!! Rest of staff OK, but the Manager was rude, awful and unapologetic. Upon our arrival, approximately 18:00PM, the manager closed the only restaurant and bar, due to a private event across the street. Therefore, don't stay here if you want to be treated as a hotel guest!!!

Deixou à desejar, pois já havíamos ficado em 5 hotéis nessa viagem e sentimos falta de kit de banheiro com itens de higiene pessoal, a geladeira não funcionava, ar condicionado ruim. Uma porta do armário do banheiro soltou-se durante a estadia. A localização também poderia ser melhor no sentido de estar mais próximo do Centro Histórico: são 40 minutos de caminhada. O ponto alto é a vista muito bonita para quem fica no quarto de frente para o Lago! Existe um Bar localizado na frente do Hotel extremamente agradável para se ver o por-do-sol.

Zimmergröße ok, zweckmäßig ausgestattet, leider keine Klimatisierung. Duschvorhang im Badezimmer. Weiblicher Service, hervorragend ! Männlicher Service am Abend sehr unaufmerksam, hat die Getränkekarte gebracht und wart nicht mehr gesehen, die junge Kollegin hat die Situation sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gerettet. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Bezahlter Parkplatz am Haus, ich frage mich allerdings, warum die Gäste der Sunset Bar den Hotelgästen den Parkplatz wegnehmen und nichts dafür bezahlen müssen ?!?

Es freut uns immer sehr, wenn sich Gäste bei uns im Hotel Seeburg wohl fühlen.Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen der weibliche Service so gut gefallen hat. Die Parkplätze dürfen alle unsere Gäste in Anspruch nehmen. Die Gäste, welche für nur 2-3 Stunden bei uns sind, bieten wir die Parkplätze kostenlos an. Das ist in der Stadt Luzern auch nicht oft der Fall, dass kostenlos geparkt werden kann. Zudem verfügen wir über genug Parkplätze für unsere Hotelgäste bei uns im Hotel Seeburg. Die Meinung unserer Gäste bedeutet uns sehr viel.Wir freuen uns auf Ihren nächsten Aufenthalt.Mit besten GrüssenTeam Hotel Seeburg
